Great vegan food options but disappointing coffee. Really nice decor and atmosphere. Quick and friendly service.

Great food and very nice atmosphere. Just be prepared to spend some real $$$. Good place if you want something special otherwise go for a cheaper place.

I’d give it a 4.5 star rating only because of the hostess. Realizing it’s Mothers Day we fully expected await. The hostess told us 55 minutes and she would call us. We didn’t get a call! When we walked back over and asked if there was a table ready she informed us there were plenty of tables! Too bad she never called!
On the other hand our server was phenomenal! She made up for the hostesses lack of attention.
The food was wonderful, the ambiance was amazing. The food was totally incredible. I found the prices reasonable and the portion sizes were good as well. Mimosas relish! A perfect Mother’s Day brunch.

Very disappointed. Food was just ok. I did enjoy the salad that came with my omelet. That said our waitress was incredibly rude and negligent. After bringing our food she asked if we needed anything. I asked for some jam and she left. After we began eating we also realized we had no salt. We waited a reasonable amount of time and when she didn’t return I turned around to inquire and found our waitress eating by the kitchen window and talking. I assumed she had to place our order for jam with the kitchen and was waiting so I was annoyed but assumed she was trying to hurry the kitchen up. After still waiting our food was getting cold so I got up and asked another server for salt. Then I saw our waitress serve another table so I assumed she forgot about the jam. She didn’t come to ask how our food was and was now almost half done. Being fed up I got up and went to the bar where our server was standing at the kitchen window and asked for jam from a server closest to me and our server saw me and heard and obviously realized she forgot which I can understand but instead of apologizing she brings the jam packets over places them on the table and rolled her eyes as she rudely asked how everything was and I obviously frustratingly responded fine as I was very annoyed that my food was basically cold by the time I received my jam. A simple apology and recognition she forgot would have been sufficient but her annoyance with us was uncalled for.

2023-May Great coffee, omlet, pancakes, and OJ. Good portions. Fresh and open decore and great service. Will definitely make this a regular breakfast stop.

Blown away, clean bright friendly. What an amazing elegant experience. Food was great I will be back. Very inviting experience. Nice to see places like this in Barrie.

Food was really good. Really nice portions.
I had the Evviva Special Omlet +feta cheese. I was very happy with the amount of food and the combination of small salad, home fries, and toast as sides.

Beautiful interior, kind, lovely and attentive wait staff, good selection of vegetarian/vegan options. However, that’s about all they have to offer. I had high hopes Evviva, but you fell short delivering a subpar meal at best. Their menu builds your hopes for a delightful gastronomic experience but nothing could be further from the truth.

I have had better food at a fraction of the price, $4.50 for a side order of rye toast a bit pricey but that’s what I expected when looking at menu. What I didn’t expect was ONE piece of toast cut in HALF for $4.50! Another example of how they fell short was their “traditional” eggs Benedict. The menu promises poached eggs with farm house smoked ham on an English muffin, special house home fried potatoes and a fresh salad. What was delivered was two poached eggs on deli sliced ham on a $. 10 English muffin with run of the mill factory prepared bagged deep fryer potatoes, half a handful of arugula with a slice of radish on top and bland tasting salad dressing that made you think it was not dressed…. All for $20.

I have zero problem paying for quality food but I could have had the exact same meal or better at any other restaurant.

We gave it a try, but severely disappointing. This was a one and done kinda place. You can do the same or better for your $$$$ and go elsewhere.

Eviva is amazing. Not only is the service quick and attentive but their vegan options are on point! I wish we lived closer so we could go more often! If you haven’t tried their vegan breakfasts you are seriously missing out. We had the vegan breakfast sandwich, the vegan Greek omelette and the waffle.
Special shout out to Ty for excellent service! We will 100% be back!

No gluten free options, was very sad when I went to order and the waitress told us there is no gluten free options, the toaster is shared and so is the fryer

The venue is clean and spacious, the food is great, I got the Pancake which is too much for me, probably good for those heavy eaters. And surprisingly their side potatoes are good! Staff are amazing, got coffee refill fast too. We went Sunday around 10: 30ish and it's packed! But we got seated immediately. Overall great place for brunch!

They earn every star. Great food choices: giant portions, fresh ingredients, smooth coffees, attentive service, clean, clean, clean, and efficient. The manager is gracious, a big shout-out to you! The staff was amazing, and my server Ty was very informative and attentive, especially for being a busy Sunday. The environment is inviting and fun. But the food and drink were absolutely incredible! I mean, wow! I will absolutely make this a regular establishment we visit.
Most importantly, my picky daughter ate everything.
So excited it finally opened!

OMGOODNESS my first time, and let me tell you the experience was freaking amazing, the food came so fast and the taste was out of this world. The Manger corrie and serve Kim was an absolutely a delight they made the atmosphere super inviting

The sandwiches were so tasty, and the yam fries were delicious and crispy! The service was fast and so cordial. Loved the decor too. Just lovely, thank you for a great lunch!

It would be more amazing when they get their liquor license for mimosas. I wonder if bottomless events would be a thing for the younger crowd. 25+ those are really popular in the city.

So many options vegan and non vegan. Aisles could be a bit wider for wheelchair accessibility and inclusivity.

Such a great spot. Went here today for the first time with friends and they have something for everyone, including a large vegan menu. Even the home fries looked better than other breakfast spots, crispy without being greasy. And the restaurant is very pretty inside too. Will definitely be back.

Loved it! It's beautiful and so different than any other breakfast place. The menu is extensive with both vegan and non vegan options. I loved the fresh orange juice, maple latte, French toast with fresh berries, and chicken bacon.

This morning me an my small chihuahua was refused to be sitting on patio. Only patio in Barrie doesn't allow small dogs.but allow service dogs. End of the day what is the difference between service and non service dogs, probably is the same like black and white. It's call discrimination! Never will be back.

On Saturday, I came with my wife to eat here.

The sandwich was around 18 dollars.it was not worth it. Just ok but nothing impressive. 3/4 of the plate was fries $18 just for fries?

I tried to order Spanish coffee and the server said not available, I tried to order Irish coffee and again not available at the moment. Lastly, I order hazelnut vanilla coffee and again, not available. Finally, I ordered water.

My wife ordered a mocha and the glass wasn't clean.

The place is nice but if you guys do not have something on the menu it's better to communicate that before ordering. It's important to clean the utensils and glasses.

Although a bit pricey, it was delicious! I really appreciate the farm fresh eggs, and their bread was soft and chewy. The home fries, although frozen, are one of my favorites. The bacon was perfect and the salad was a nice addition. Tea was a familiar Toronto brand "pluck". My husband says the coffee was perfect. My only real complaint was the wildly expensive side order of pancakes. 9 dollars for 2 pancakes. Considering they were offering 1 pancake with some of the breakfasts for 2 dollars, I found it a bit crazy to charge 9 dollars for 2, but otherwise everything was great. Everything you'd expect from an upscale breakfast spot, this is no "greasy spoon".
Their decor was quite beautiful as well.
