Excalibur Trailers

Recently bought a trailer for my ATV, extremely pleased with the quality! Chris was very easy to deal with. He was very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Wont deal with anyone else in the future!

Chris offered fantastic service to us. He explained everything perfectly. The trailer was ready for us to pick up on time and driving it home was great, even in a snow storm! The price of the trailer was the best we could find.

Ordered a pontoon boat trailer in Aug. They said it would take 8 weeks to manufacture it. In ecactly 8 weeks I picked it. My first trip was north on highway 400 at 100 k/h with an empty trailer. No problem. It trailed perfect. Before loading my pontoon boat I had to make a few adjustments. All I needed was a 3/4 inch wrench. After loading I did not have to go far to my storage facility so cannot comment on pulling it while loaded. Front ladder was really handy.

They have good price but the guy smashed my hisband ‘s tailgate when loading batteries! Who will pay this damage!? Later sorry no damage From you I can’t not edit the above comment! Thanks Berry for helping!

Speak with Barry. Friendly, not pushy, & very thorough. Barry did what he could to make sure I purchased exactly what I needed. He never tried to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. This place is busy, so be patient!

We ordered a ST12000 which didn’t fit first time. Excalibur refused to modify it! Instead they built a new trailer in record time and this time it fit perfectly. I can’t imagine getting that kind of service anywhere else.
Tows like a dream

It was finally time in our life to put an end of the loading the canoe up and down off the Jeep. We need a trailer. Time spent searching the internet, reading reviews, examining real life trailers all lead us to selecting Excalibur.
We did have to wailt over a month upon ordering. The price was fair. Service was professional both on the phone and in person at the manufacturing site. The price of a spare tire and wheel jack were
way lower than we saw anywhere else. Chris even attached the licence plate and wheel jack.
The trailer is solid, hauls well and was not too difficult to adjust it
to fit our 15' 2" Swift, kevlar canoe.
We would like to have it given it a star rating of 4 1/2 rather than a 4; however there was a problem with the trailer's coupler. In order to insert
a lock, we had to wiggle a coupler safety pin through the hole to create a proper alignment. By the third canoe hauling trip, we decided to just
replace the coupler. It was less expensive for us to purchase a new
coupler locally than to make the 45 minute drive back to the factory.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a trailer and called to schedule a pickup 9am Saturday which is when they open. Unfortunately since the representative wants to sleep in the earliest time I can pick it up is 9: 30. If you need 30 minutes to grab your cup of coffee then adjust your hours beginning 9: 30.

I purchased a galvanized utility trailer about 17 years ago from Excalibur. This model has the type of gate that can support an ATV, and the trailer doesn’t have solid sides. I used half a sheet of plywood on the sides if needed.

The best advice they gave me was to go galvanized. Not a speck of rust on this bad boy. This trailer has been stored outdoors for 12 of those 17yrs. Winter, fall, summer and spring. Apart from a couple of wood floorboards that need to be replaced - I am absolutely impressed at the quality of this trailer. I would buy another one in a heartbeat - beauty is that I don’t need to bc it’s so well built!

Ordered a EXCBT1600 boat traler, was built on time and delivered as promised! We are really happy with the look of the trailer, it pulled home (2.5 hour drive) like a dream, was just able to pick up our boat last weekend fitting the boat to it went well. Today we launched and retrieved the boat for the first time, now we are new to boating but this trailer made it a dream to launch and to retrieve! If you have any concerns don't worry just buy it, a great investment we made!

Bought a trailer from these guys and had excellent help from Barry trying to get the old rusted hitch cleared out.

That was a ton of help and really appreciated.

Had an 7000lb axel break on me, they were very helpful and said they would install 2 NEW axels on the trailer. But only a week later my breaks failed, due to seal failure or over greasing. Under further inspection 1 axel is actually bent and both axels have severe spindle damage. There is no way the axels that were installed on my trailer were NEW axels. Thanks for trying to help but you guys aren't working on my trailer ever again. And I will never be buying another of your products again.

Great service and well built trailers. I purchased a pontoon boat trailer and it was the best price around and works great.

Purchased a small boat trailer, but by far, this is the heaviest, well built trailer that I have owned. Not surprised I see so many at the boat ramp. Tows well empty or loaded.

Bought a watercraft trailer. Kris waited for me 45 minutes after closing to give the trailer. Excellent service, fair prices.

This is the second time buying from this location. I have spoken to Kris on the phone and in person. My wife and I are very pleased with the prompt customer service and variety of inventory in stock items. We will definitely be going back and we would definitely refer them to everyone.

I wanted a specific trailer and called Excalibur, as they had the model I was looking for. It took over a week to get a hold of someone there. No one would return my calls. I had to physically visit their location in order to speak to someone and get a quote. When the trailer came, without even asking me, the sales individual at Excalibur registered it as a personal trailer instead of putting it under my business. I went to Service Ontario to get the ownership sorted out and was informed that in order to switch the trailer under my business name, I would need to pay taxes on it again! This was a $6,500 trailer. Not keen on paying taxes again. Needless to say, I'm very upset. I spoke with Excalibur and they offered no apology or resolution. I now need to involve my lawyer. I do NOT recommend this business. Trailer is great, but customer service is terrible. I will not be returning.

Had the absolute best experience here buying a golf cart! Dustin was attentive and patient while we chose what we wanted. Definitely recommend Excalibur trailers!

I wanted to say I have had such an amazing experience purchasing my first PWC trailer from here. I was recommended to visit this place as they are the few around the GTA that sell smaller PWC trailers for the BEST prices. From ordering it, to picking it up and having it explained to me by Barry one of the sales guys, has been absolutely fantastic. From now on anyone who needs a trailer I will always 10/10 times recommend these guys. They were polite, experienced and explained everything in detail and as well as took care of me and the rest of the customers in a timely and proper manner.

Exceeded my expectations.

I called Excalibur Trailers for a few quotes for some custom trailers. I was talking to a sales guy on this. He said I will get it the next day. I called back days later asking for an update and he told me to go elsewhere with aggressive language. The owner refused to talk to me. Very unprofessional
