Excalibur Trophies & Awards

I picked up a picture of Nascar legend Dale Earnhardt Sr at a local garage sale a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to add some elements to the top and bottom of the picture. Wendy at Excalibur helped me with the details/placement of the engraved plaques on the picture. She confirmed via email the design and cost and notified me when it was ready. When I picked up my picture, it looked awesome!

Walked right in and Wendy was super friendly and helpful every step of the way with my order of a trophy and custom engraving. Very grateful to have found Excalibur. I always prefer a small biz that cares about their customer’s experience…and Excalibur (and Wendy) really care! Thank you, the trophy I got from you was a hit!

They did great work for the trophies I got engraved at a reasonable price. They also fixed a trophy for me and did a great job.

Great local small business. Have used them a few times and now use them for a yearly award I add to every year. Friendly service! Overall recommend!:)

Avoid this place like the plague. Severely mistreats their clients.
Beware of the owner Ann Carson. Instead of trying to mitigate the issue, she continues to be abusive. Just look at the owner’s response below, totally trying to dodge the bullet.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
Why come here, when there’s so many other places that have similar types of products and services?
Most importantly all those other businesses treat their clients with the dignity they deserve and provide excellent customer service.
I have suspicions the owner Ann Carson posted all the FAKE 5 stars reviews.
This place deserves 0 STARS! I had to reluctantly give 1 star just to post this review.

Have been dealing with Excalibur Trophies & Awards for years. Their fantastic quality and attention to detail is second only to their fantastic customer service. I highly recommend!
