Have been with them since 6 months they initially said we get our clients jobs in 1 week. Has been 6 months now never recieved communication of any kind from a recruiter to help me out. They just say apply on our website which is like applying on any other website.nothing special.very disappointing had high hopes

The most terrible job agency that I had ever experience. They just call you for meaningless job. Before I reviewed the jobs on their website and called them when I found proper job and always they brought some excuse for that job and not submit my resume for the job that I loved, so I stopped cooperating with them long ago, but still they call for the job which is not mine and when they can not find anybody. They don't have any knowledge about your skills and don't learn about you and your skills. I really feel bad when they call me.

Over the years I have had a financially rewarding relationship with Altis though Altis presenting me as a resource for clients for which I was an excellent fit. This has not been true for a while but was true for more than a decade. Good firm, pays promptly, markets successfully.

Highly recommend altis recruitment if you are looking for jobs. The employee's are helpful and very clear regarding the job opportunities. They are really good at providing all the information you need and helping you get into touch with companies who best fit your skills and resume.
The only downside to my experience was I was told that I would have follow ups after onboarding but I did not have any 1 month or 3 month check ins. Not a huge issue but overall VERY positive of an experience.

As a graphic designer there is not a lot of opportunity fro contracts but I have found working with Altis has been a pleasure.

Recruiters will call you, leave a voice mail and then don't pick up the calls or call-back. I feel its an industry trend about meeting quota, i.e. Recruiter made X number of calls, not about hiring people.
The management seems good, but didn't have a pleasant experience with the recruiters. (This is not my legal name.)

Altis Recruitment has been amazing with always finding me employment. They have numerous job opportunities in the private and public sector. My experience with Taizah has been incredible. I had an excellent experience working with Tyler Dillabaugh. He was thorough, professional, attentive and diligent. He also had a great sense of humor which was an added bonus! Would recommend him to any of my colleagues or business looking for the right candidate.

Excellent Follow-up with the recruiter I worked. Provides Quick responses and keeps the Candidate involved throughout the process. I was travelling during my recruitment, and having emails come in from the Recruiter served as a great reminder on to-do items. The recruiter was also very considerate/ compassionate of the process. A couple of recruiters approached me during the last year; however, my experience with Trudi and Jonathan at Altis Technology Recruitment was by far the best. They very well understand the client's requirements, and they dedicate enough time to know the potential candidate, their strengths, priorities and expectations as well. They have always been there, reachable by text message or phone or email, to help and support me if I had any questions.
