Outstanding service as always. Previously, they repaired my RS5, and now they've worked on my RS6. On both occasions, their speed and dedication to excellence were impressive, leaving my car in pristine condition. Also, their car wash team deserves commendation and a raise; the complimentary wash they provide each time I collect my car is flawless. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't consider letting any other body shop work on my car besides Excellence Auto!

It’s an unexpected accident I run into on 400N. The crew was super helpful and they did a great job for a car fix like this, waiting time was beyond average.

From initial estimates, dealing with insurance, arranging the rental, completing the work on time to the highest standard, the staff at Excellence Auto were professional, friendly, and always available for updates and to answer questions. They could give a YouTube tutorial on customer service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been a customer with Excellence Auto since 2017 and every time I am in the unfortunate position to require their services I find myself to be very fortunate. Their work is of the highest level and quality and absolutely dependable. What sets them apart is the attention to detail and customer service you receive making the experience as pleasant as can be. Moreover if you bring your BMW or Lexus for instance for repairs you will not get stuck with a econo KIA for a rental like most other collision repair centres. Highly recommend EA.

I was dealing with Shiraz and he provided first class service throughout the whole process of doing the repair to my Tesla Model 3. After having the insurance company repair shop pain the wrong color in there prefered shop Excellent Auto did the repair to fix the car with the matching color. I highly recommend Excellent Auto to everyone in need of a Bodyshop don't let the insurance company push you to there shop.

I had my Honda CRV in for repairs. Shiraz and his team did a great job. The only delay was getting parts. But once received the job was done quickly. Very happy with the way the work was done and completed.

Brought my Tesla here to repair a rear end collision. Shiraz and team was able to fix my car faster than expected and when I got my car back, not only was exterior cleaned, the interior was cleaned up and 99% detailed! Even my kids said “wow it’s like a brand new car inside”. The colour match for the pearl white on rear bumper blended in well with rest of the cars oem paint. With all that said, I am giving a 4/5 rating instead of 5/5 because I found some scratch marks on my drivers side black trim that runs along both driver and rear door window sill area (see attached pics). I suspect it may have been done when they washed my exterior. I do want to give a perfect 5 rating but cannot due to less than ideal car wash damage. Knock on wood no more repairs needed but if I do or anyone I know needs a good repair shop, I’ll still refer to this specific location and just ask to be careful when washing exterior (I don’t care much about swirls but do care about further scratches)

The name it excellence but they not even good, I went for quote to fix some small dents and paint. They ask me I will go with insurance I said why would I those are small dents and I can pay for them, after listening it they told me it will take 4 to 5 days for quote (seriously 5 days) for these small things. Fun fact they never reach me with quote I call them after week they said they didn’t have yet and never come back.
Basically if you go with insurance they will increase the estimate work with insurance guy and get it approved. Mostly your claim amount will be doubled it’s always shows in your insurance and car history.
Beware of this guys.

Faster than expected schedule time for finishing the paint work. Also, provide shuttle service for pick up and drop off to destinated place.
I think this shuttle service even better than Audi Uptown.

Very bad experience. I spent half a year trying to get carbon lips. At first, the customer service of his company offered to order it for me. One month later, they said they couldn’t order it and asked me to order it myself. Then they would reimburse me. Then the goods were given to them, 2 Weeks later, he said it couldn't be installed, but when I got it from the after market, they installed it in an hour and asked me to give them the receipt so they could reimburse me. The result was that everything was done and the receipt was handed in, so I had to wait for 2 months, I had to ask myself, and then I was told that you should go find the insurance company yourself, it is none of our business. In that case, why do you waste the customer's time, and make the customer feel that you are unprofessional? The most outrageous thing about this process is, and also lost the car keys... Hey, I don’t know how this 4 stars came about.
