This is our 2nd visit, and it has been fantastic journey so far with the facility. Staring from the start, Quyen at the reception is sooo lovely that you don't feel you have come to a clinic, she is very Kool.
Our ultra sound technician, Iulia is such a expert and super professional at her work, She makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed and gives information in detail. Definitely recommend her and this center to anyone who is looking for a great experience. Thank you Quyen for being extremely friendly a

This clinic stands up to its name. Excellent experience and service for prenatal ultrasounds. Friendly technicians and accurate results.

Went in today with my wife for her ultrasound. Our technician, Iulia was very professional and quite skilled in her navagation of the ultrasound.
She was able to even tell us the gender of our baby being earlier into the pregnancy then often recomended. She was engaging and very up beat.
We appreciate everything that was done and we are also looking forward to the rest of our visits. Iulia was one of the best technicians we have seen yet.
This is our 4th child so we have meet a few in our days.

Amazing staffs, they make you comfortable and very kind, the reception lady and Ulia the technician was amazing, Ulia treat her client with respect and dignity. Highly recommended this place.

Made my appointment for 1: 40pm on a saturday yes, I arrived right on time and the receptionist told me it will be “A FEW MINUTES” so i proceed to wait for my appointment. Yes there is a COUPLE patients ahead of me but again it’s a saturday there accepting walk ins and appointments RED FLAG.it is now 253pm.i heard a gentlemen come in and say his appointment was for 2pm he was seen before me.her excuse is “omg i didn’t see you” “ i was looking right at him” i’m not sure how experienced this receptionist is or how there saturday plan works when it’s going to busiest day of the week but she does NOT know what she’s doing, At all! This is by far the worst ultrasound clinic i’ve been to and i’ve been to many.
After expressing my frustrations she proceed to say “well things can be worse we can be in the Ukrainian “ i mean I took that very offensive as that’s not something to throw in when you messed up doing your job professionally.
Her other words to me were well you should book during the week.excuse me i made my appointment in advance and i work a m-f 9-5.i make my appointments based on my schedule.anyways save yourself and time and go to st clair hurst medical office LOl they will do way better and accommodate you
The technician was apologizing on behalf of the idiot receptionist they have running that place i explained it is not your fault as the technician please don’t apologize.
I worked as a front desk previously you basically run the office smoothly.if you can’t do that you aren’t doing your job right and your office will be a shitshow.

I have been coming in for over 10 years and it’s the only diagnostic facility that I will take myself or my children to. Everyone is nervous when it comes to have ultrasounds done because most often we are going because there is something wrong or something unknown going on in our bodies. The staff here has consistently made me feel comfortable and at ease and have always done everything they can to calm my anxiety. I recently had an ultrasound done for myself and my son and the receptionist and technician made sure he was comfortable they entire time. As a parent, this means a lot to me. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to have imaging done to visit their clinic.

I had a great experience here. I was happy with Rana, the ultrasound technician. She was very polite, patient and quite detailed when explaining what she was going to do. You could see that she was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. Also, Receptionist - Quyen - she was very friendly and polite. I will come back again if more examinations are needed. Strongly recommend for someone who need ultrasound to be done.
