Excellent Care Medical Centre & Pharmacy

I’ve been here before. They are always so kind and accommodating. I went at 12: 15 they close at 1pm. Waiting room full of people and still managed to see me and give me medication. I was coughing so hard that one of the kind women who work there came to check on me and offered me a glass of water. I have never been disappointed by this clinic. I recommend them to everyone.

Disappointed in the professionalism here! I he doctor just cares about seeing as many people as possible and that you out quick yet the lines are an over hour wait even if you make an appointment. The lady that takes your blood made comments about my weight even though I am a fit person and was there for something that has nothing to do with my health in regards to my eating or anything

As the name suggests, it’s an excellent clinic. Dr. George is an amazing doctor and so are the nurses Heidi and Neo. Thank you for your service.

I wish I could give him 0 starts WORST DOCTOR EVER! DO NOT GO THERE! I had an injury in my feet and he spent less than 3 mins in there with me he just touched my foot once and said it’s okay didn’t even sent me to do an X-ray. I went myself to urgent care and did it turns out my toe was fractured. Please do not go to this clinic you wait so long and have less time with the doctor. The receptionist is so rude there as well they all play favourites.

Worst experience ever.
Doctor did not read any paper and gave me vaccine now i have take all test again. And the nurse who give vaccine she so rude and arrogant.

Worst walk in clinic. I went there on saturday for my blood work. & they told me come on tuesday for reports. I went tuesday for reports, there was some mistake & doctor said oh sorry did a mistake in blood work.you have to give your blood again today.like seriously? What kind of doctor does that? & today I ask them to send me reports since morning they keep on arguing & explaining & telling me to come again on saturday for blood work.wow blood work for third time in a week.hats off to you guys

Dr. George is very rude and he is very unprofessional. I am having disc herination and sufferinf serious serious loss and he said i am ready to perform regular duties and he did not even suggest me MRI till 3 months. He made me suffer through lot of pain.
Just do not visit him.

I have been seeing the doctor for the last two years now. No matter what, walk-in, appointment, you'll never be able to see the doctor on time.the waiting time for appointments could go up to 50 minutes and walk-in could take up to two hours easily.receptionist won't tell you that straight away, rather she'll keep you waiting in intervals. She won't tell you your number in the queue either. The clinic and staff don't care for your time.even when you see the doctor, he's never ready for your follow up appointment, you always have to explain your problem again and his diagnosis is different every time. The only good thing about the doctor is I have never seen him pushing for medication unnecessarily. The receptionist before the current one was a very kind and polite girl. In my opinion, since the doctor wants to see as many patients as he can daily for monetary benefits obviously, the clinic always accepts more patients than they could handle and patients end up suffering.

Dr George is great and all, I hope they were little better organised if your appointment is at 10: 30 you might be seen by 11: 30. His reception staff is trying too hard but I truly believe they are stretched too thin. Heidi deserves a kudos as she juggles everything so well

The lady sitting on the front desk is very aggressive
She always speak in a rude way
She always pick the call and tell to hold line and I am on hold right now from last 15 minutes

I understand that you can discuss only one problem at a time. & there should be a polite way to make patient aware about it.but doctor at this clinic was so rude and impolite. He said many unnecessary things that were not required.what if person is in so much pain and need immediate attention. But this doctor cares only about money not the health concerns of his patients.very rude and unprofessional behavior.nobody wants to be treated the way he treated me today. I felt so helpless. I was crying on my way to home.so disappointed will never visit this rude & arrogant doctor again.also he does not carefully listen to patient and always rush to see other patients (just like attending more and more customers to make money only). You don't deserve a tag of doctor. The right tag for you should be "Avaricious". Because money is more important for you than the health of patients. I felt so helpless and cried a lot when came out of the clinic just because of this doctor's rude behavior.

Dr. George Tawadros is the worst doctor you can go to. He wastes your time running late on every patient. And when he eventually gets to you, you will feel extremely rushed and not cared for. He limits you to ONE question per visit. He has a rude attitude and finds ways to prescribe medication more often so he can charge OHIP and secure more money. Very disrespectful demeanour. He only cares about the money from OHIP and doesn’t truly care for his patients. Put your health in the hands of a real doctor that will respect your time and health. DO NOT go here to visit Dr. George Tawadros. Your health will be in jeopardy. He cares about the money and not the patients. Worst experience ever.

Dr George is an excellent doctor. He gives best advice to patients and good to book appointments for CT scan and other medical reports.

Very bad reception team. Old lady was rough with others and she kinda yelled at me as well. Pharmacy and doctor were cooperating.

I go to see Dr George once per month and more of needed, he is excellent with me, he listens to my concerns and listens to me. He never pushes me to get out. This doctor was suggested to me by ministry of health after my family doctor retired. In short, I am glad Dr George is my family doctor.

This is my go to clinic for all urgent care.
Dr. George and his staff are very good at helping. In the difficult time of pandemic, I appreciate the availability of doctor for in-person visit. It is just that emergency service needed to treat the infection and doctor treated it very well. Receptionist and pharmacist know every patient by their name and I thank the staff for their empathy and care towards patients. Great service.

From the reception to the doctor to the pharmacy, everything is really awesome about this place. I bring myself and my family here for treatment and I have always felt very cared for. I really like how the receptionist and nurse asks about us at all our appointments and even remembers details.

Dr. George is very attentive and doesn't give up eaisly. He has helped my family and myself immensely in getting solutions or management for our health issues. He's also given us really great advice to help with a better an healthier lifestyle.

The pharmacy and staff are amazing. With a lot of other pharmacies, I find myself having to do a lot of the work and getting the run around when it comes time to get refills for medications. This pharmacy however, they do the work for you. Refills are a breeze and they make it easy to help you understand your medications.

Overall, this is a place I'd recommend to others.

Worst experience ever!
This is the first time I’ve been in a clinic for treatment and it is the worst experience just because of receptionist who’s on the front desk.

First she asked me to fill the form and then she asked me to just sit. I dropped the pen and just sat down on the chair.

I noticed patients who came after me got doctor’s consultation.

After waiting 1.5 hour i just went to her and ask about my turn and she said “again you? ”
I said, “I’m sorry what? ” and when i asked about my turn again, she rudely lied to me that i got a call on my phone and i even left the clinic and didn’t even sat down on chairs.
Her behaviour was so rude.
I asked her to check the camera’s whether i left the place or not and then she ignored and other lady came to me and get my things done.
I highly recommend all to don’t visit to this clinic or if required make sure that girl is not there!

Examination rooms are very dirty and unsanitary. Doctor George is very ignorant and is not educated or informed on mental health and psychiatric illnesses. Very disheartening to see such medical care in 2022. However, receptionist is a hard worker. But because of the doctor I will definitely not be returning to this facility.

This is by far the best walk in clinic i have been in Brampton receptionist is so friendly and sweet always greets you with a smile, same with the pharmacy so caring and always ready to help you they take their time to explain meds and stuff for me 5 stars

Best doctor, pharmacists, and medical assistant staff ever! They have always been good to me and helped me.

The pharmacist here is the nicest person. He honestly is so caring and knows everyone by name. Also the receptionist does a lot but she is also very sweet. Never had a bad experience here.

Very good Doctors office. Very clean and little wait time. Pharmacy conveniently located inside.

Dr. Oye is a wonderful, patient doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain test results and answers all questions without ever rushing you. He puts you right at ease and I have finally found the Dr. I need. All of the staff are wonderful, personable and very welcoming and I feel truly blessed to have found this clinic.

Dr. George and this place in general is excellent. You can always do your test on site (15 minutes is the longest I ever had to wait for that) and in-store pharmacy gets your prescription ready for you right away. The best clinic I've been to.

Hands down the most respectful, understanding doctor in whole Ontario.

Absolutely the best this doctor work very hard even through covid-19 where other places were closed I would highly recommend him to anyone in fact I was recommended to him and I continue to recommend him to others he's a very caring individual and is gone out of his way on so many levels no small detail has ever been neglected when I visited for check-ups and meetings. All doctor should have this basic standard of care I look forward to seeing them again. I simply walked in for service I did not have to do any of that tally medical stuff there was no delay and the pharmacist was right there.

I have been searching for good and reliable doctor for decade and my search has been over after I get treated by Dr. George.

This office and pharmacy have completely altered and showed the current patients how medicine should be practiced. Every member has established and always show a true interest in each patient no matter what the reason for visiting, I've never seen or encountered anyone not leaving the clinic unhappy or without a smile. Dr. Or George as he prefers is truly an excellent Dr.and so very

Dr. George and his colleagues are amazing! They resolved a sinusitis/rhinitis situation medically without having me have an ENT perform potentially complicated sinus surgery. The pharmacist has great knowledge of medicine and how they interact. They definitely improved my quality of life and I completely endorse them for anyone needing medical help and consultation.

Very friendly staff and a doctor who listens to your issues patiently.if you are in need of Doctor, family physician, this one is head and ahoulders above may in the market.

Doc visit, Dr. Oye is good at what he does and wait times in the clinic are decent. All staff is courteous and helpful.

Doctor oye is one of the kindest doctors I have ever been too. There was an upset individual who came a couple of days ago bilal khan. Everything he wrote was false. At the end of the day this doctor cares for his patients. And if he’s taking a while it’s because he’s trying to pin point what’s the problem and how to fix it, instead of some doctors who don’t care and say “ you have a cold bye”. And I bet if it was him he wouldn’t want the doctor to rush his appointment. Bilal was very disrespectful to the doctor and the doctor tried to still help him. I have been to many doctors and I would say from the bottom of my heart I wouldn’t be hear without the help of him. I am a RN / PSW and this place has been the most help for me. Cassandra toolsie

Dr. Oye has been my family doctor for over a year now. We have nothing but good things to say. He is very thorough and makes you feel at ease. Always willing to go an extra mile to help his patients. The staff is super nice as well and always helpful.

P. S.i was there when the things flared up with one patient and Dr. Oye was very reasonable in explaining the issue but the patient was very hyper and rude even with the staff because he had to wait for 15 minutes. In my experience we have never had to wait for more than 20 minutes if we schedule our visit, which is a blessing.

I recommend any and everyone to go excellent care medical center and pharmacy. There service is the best in and around brampton. Great staffing top class services. Dr Oye is the MAN.

One of the good doctors out there. What else can I say other than Dr Oye is an amazing and knowledgeable doctor who cares deeply about his patients well being.
