I feel like a moron… I could have been seeing David Garces for the last five years? My friend and coworker said over and over “you should go to my guy! ” I felt this stupid loyalty to my guy… who is just fine… I didn’t think he was bad at all! He really helped me… but David made me feel way better, way faster! He is thorough and he just knows what he’s doing. Although I am probably the polar opposite of my friend, (ie I don’t talk much and he has to really work really hard to get through all the fat to even get to my muscles …), he is intuitive and strong…. Would recommend to a friend…. Uh oh.is this going to make it more difficult to get an appointment…

Not only was Jennifer kind, and caring, but she asked me questions to help understand me further and implemented ideas to help my body in the state it is. My shoulders, head, back, and arms felt a lot looser. After everyone, my friends even said they noticed I was a lot more zen. I do wish there was better usage of direct billing, as I paid the full amount for the appointment, and yet I have insurance. However, it still feels worth it.

Benn was amazing at relieving my IT discomfort and appreciate his genuine approach to helping me recover. Thanks.

Jennifer is an awesome RMT. She really knows her stuff, is super personable, and always gives me stretches I can do at home to extend the muscle relief from the massage. Highly recommend her services at this clinic to anyone!

Chantal is great, you can tell her focus is on rehabilitation and treatment. She gave me a lot of great information that was relevant and helpful. I've been to different spots in the area and this was the only one where I felt like a patient and not a customer.

Chantal never ceases to amaze! I love how she fixes me in one go. I went in for right shoulder pain, left glute and shin splints pain and she worked her magic to correct those aches. I had a fantastic experience with this massage clinic. Online booking was very straight forward and I appreciated doing paperwork in advance. Nicolay was extremely professional. His techniques were very gentle but by the next day I felt 100% resolution of the lower limb tightness and pain I was experiencing. I’m now confident I’ll get through my 10K race this weekend. The clinic itself has a very peaceful and calming aura to it, conducive to relaxation and healing. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it regardless of whether you are looking for a relaxation massage or a clinical one.

AMAZING. I was sore from a workout and desperate for a same-day massage. I haven't been here before but it was the only clinic/spa with availability. I was assigned to RMT David and although I arrived right on time (i.e. Late!), he made sure to enquire about my concerns and problem areas while still providing the booked time. I've had many massages, many trigger point, but this is the first time I truly felt a muscle release so prominently and instantly during a massage. He knew exactly how to manage each problem area and he did so with ease! I don't know how he does it, but the man is talented. 100% rebooking with David.

I see Benn for deep tissue massage and highly recommend him. I have a sports injury with a number of different problem areas that he gives special attention to. I always leave relaxed with significantly less tension in my body.

I recently visited the massage center and had an incredible experience with Jessica. I was struggling with a back pain and was in desperate need of relief, and Jessica did not disappoint.
From the moment I arrived, Jessica was incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand the source of my back pain. She also explained the massage process to me and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire session.
Jessica's technique was fantastic, and I could tell that she had a deep understanding of how to alleviate my back pain. Her hands worked wonders on my muscles, and I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke.
Overall, I left the massage center feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Jessica's skill and expertise in her craft truly shone through, and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful job she did in relieving my lower back pain.

Visited Chantal Milot RMT & Associates for the first time yesterday, on recommendation of a friend. Had a very good experience with Brandon. I came in with pain in upper back/shoulders/neck, with some limited ability to turn neck without pain. Brandon was very professional, lovey to chat with, made me feel at ease, and more importantly, everyone can now feel safe around me bc I can turn to see my blind spot while driving, without pain today! The clinic is conveniently located in midtown, very clean and calming. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
