Since I (we’ve) been coming to Excess Metals, it’s been nothing short of a pleasurable experience dealing with Ray and all of his yard workers/staff. Always going above and beyond, definitely friendly, thoughtful, and helpful, FAIR AND REASONABLE IN CONSIDERATION AND PRICING. Another plus is there’s steel plating over the ground that helps prevent the worry of getting a flat!
Ray, to me, is one of the most humble/honourable businessmen I’ve ever met: he and his staff have shown us patience and kindness and in this type of industry, it’s a rare find. Actually, the kindness Ray’s shown to me/us personally, is rare, period. Lost my passport and all my money in the yard on Monday: today (Tuesday) it was returned (a scrapper gave it to a yard worker) and all my money that was inside had been stolen. Ray personally called me later after I’d already retrieved the documents and asked us to come back that he wanted to speak to us in his office; I thought maybe he’d seen on Camera or something and I had to make a police report but no: he “felt so bad knowing how hard people work” (for that money) that he over-generously replenished a large part of what had been stolen! 5 stars/thumbs up all around from me/us for EXCESS METALS and it’s entire staff. God Bless you and your personal and working family, Ray - wish you continued success always you really made our day, today - a very humbling experience; We’ll be sticking to bringing our metal to you as much as we possible can and I’ll definitely be referring business to you! Wish you were open on weekends but yes, gotta rest too sometimes! Thanks so much!

I have been going to Excess for years and always happy to deal with there team. Great people! This passed couple days I went in dropping several different metals off. Like usual everything went very smooth. They called me today because they noticed there was an error in my pay out and they accidently paid me to little. To my surprise I have some more money coming. Talk about honest and professional people.
