I came here to get my shellac changed. I got recommended by someone who will not be coming back as well after this experience. I had Lily the manager herself. I have been getting my nails done for 15 yrs and have never had someone tell me to get off the phone while they do my nails. I was told to get off my call. She kept shaking her head rudely while she was doing my nails. I then told my nails are uneven. Which I agreed to letting her cut them all short and filing them down. She told me shellac will not work or look good if i go all short so after already being told to get off the phone and now this I let her know to just remove the shellac, cut and file my nails and put clear polish on them. Once I went to wash my hands I saw they were uneven and not done well but due to me already being so disappointed I decided to just pay and leave. I am very upset I had to pay for nails like this and felt very uneasy with the service I received. These are the nails I had to leave the salon with. My nails are uneven and most of the shellac is still left on the nails. I now have to go somewhere else to get my nails done.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I’ve never write a bad review in my life until today. It’s the poorest customer service I’ve ever seen.
Last time I went there to do my eyebrows the ladies did it incorrectly when I gently asked her to fix it she said she can’t do it anymore since she has already applied oil so she can’t longer change it. I was very unsatisfied and she told me I don’t need to pay since I’m not happy with the service.
Today I called to book an appointment for a refill the lady on the phone told me they have a spot at 2PM then she asked me for my phone number to book my appointment. And after she pull out my information she told me there’s no more spot for today which was very strange since 1 min before she told me they had a spot. I asked to book for another day she said since “I’m not sure I can call them back to book later and hang up the phone”.
When I try to call again they didn’t pick up.
I told my sister to try with her phone to book an appointment for today and they magically had a few spots open for today.
That’s when I’ve understood they have black list me so I questioned myself to understand why and the only thing I could see is because last time I told them I wasn’t happy with the service.
So l went to the review to find out it’s a common practice for them. Pay for your service and don’t talk otherwise we will blacklist you.

I have always loved the service and recommended to all my friends. This is one of the best nails salon in Brampton area.
Thalia, Vivian, Tina are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Several times she did helped me on choosing or suggesting the colours and the outcome was always fantastic.

Highly recommended to everyone. Keep up the great service and as always going to book my next appointment soon

I would rate this nail salon poorly if I could, as the staff exhibited extremely rude behavior with the wrong attitude. I had initially scheduled my nail service appointment for half an hour later, but within a few minutes, I tried to call them five times to reschedule. Unfortunately, they didn't answer my calls, and after half an hour, they accused me of not showing up and responded very impolitely. Their level of customer service is quite disappointing.

They do a really nice job I like this nail salon

Edit: I used to like this salon until my last appointment while they were doing my nails I told them 2 fingers in (very early) that I didn’t like shape and if they can fix it. They were not happy with the fact that I made this request and it was very imminent in the change of the nail techs demeanour going forward after I asked her to fix my nail. If I’m paying money for a service I will always be vocal about whether or not I am happy with it. Especially before the service is done so any errors can be corrected. It is my hard earned money I’m spending so I won’t spend it on something I don’t like.

To my surprise when I tried to call to book a refill today all my calls were ignored. I thought I was mistaken until I called on my boyfriend’s phone and they answered right away. Based on previous reviews this is clearly a regular business practice for them.

I will never go where I am not wanted. Message has been received.:)

I’ve been going to this salon for pedicures since I was in 8th grade when I was getting ready for my graduation and it’s been the only place I go to since then. I’m now about to enter my first year of university and I still love this place. I’ve put my little sister and even my dad on to this salon and they love it. I’m always so well taken care of and overall just made to feel so comfortable. I highly recommend.

The best nail salon ever. All the staff are so kind and so sweet! It is clean and just an inviting environment. Kelly is so creative and gives so many great ideas towards nail designs and Lily is so caring! 10/10 recommend

Had an amazing time getting my nails done by Lily. I was a walk-in for uv gel and was originally told to come for 1, but ended up being able to come in earlier. Lily is very welcoming, fast, and gentle when doing your nails. Will come again:)

The services and staff is too good. Quite professional and the technicians understand what your requirements are. Tina does an amazing nail art for me always.

Worst customer service experience ever! They booked the appointment during my service on the wrong day (booked in the past) and refused to accept the mix up. This was the second mess up in the last two months which is unfortunate because I was really hoping to find a “regular” spot. The nail tech was great but their service sucks.

Amazing staff and all are very talented, and the atmosphere is very nice and clean, prices are amazing
Unfortunately even though you pay.you have no right to complain about anyone of the staff.even if they upset you or argue with you if you point out that one nail is not straight. And they point out that your fingers are not shaped right and not straight and stubby! U just need to keep quiet other wise they argue back!
Once you do point out ur issues, your phone calls won’t be replied to and your appointments won’t be accepted.
Through out my twelve years of experience in nail salons I have never seen anyone judge me just because I am a specific person who wants the nails to be simply nice (not perfect).

Last time I checked, when u pay you have the right to point out the things you do not like about the work being done.

I was literally told that the staff are scared from me because my expectations are too high!
All the staff are sweet but they also have the habit of speaking their language and laughing right after u comment. That’s rude
I have been treated very nice the first year, but the last couple of months were horrible and the artist was always commenting about my nails and my skin saying I bite and eat my nails although I explained I have eczema! And she comments loud everyone hears … it’s just not right!
A lady goes to a salon to feel pampered
The last three months I went there and felt frustrated!

I did call to book an appointment with another artist, I wasn’t allowed although I expressed that I needed a break from her … and her comments, the owner didn’t care! Instead she started explaining how scared her staff are from me! Keeping in mind I have never had any problem with anyone but Tina! And I didn’t even tell her or let her feel it because I didn’t want to hurt her feelings! And then they stopped answering my phone calls
I have never heard that someone needs to beg to get an appointment at a nail salon.
You can reply and say sorry but our business relation is done!
And Lili remember how many conversations we had and I was very understanding about many and multiple misbehaviours including you calling me a liar in the past!

Anyways I hope ur rude attitude and it gaslighting helps you in improving ur business

This place always does an amazing job with my nails and the prices are good! Highly recommend checking them out for mani’s or pedi’s. I recommend Kelly for nails!

The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Biogel nails done here, the nail aestheticians use clear gel so it looks nicer.

I want to start off by saying that I was hesitant about writing this review only because lily takes the time out of her day not to adequately address bad customer service reviews but rather defend herself and not listen to what customers actually experienced. Starting off by saying « sorry » and then later saying something like « I provided great service », that is gaslighting customers. This salon bullies and disrespects clients and I’ve experienced this first hand. Lily will probably comment and say that there is no record of me as she has to other customers who left a review however I was a walk in. Would not recommend this place, there are plenty other nail spas and salons to go to instead where the employees, especially the manager aren’t mean. Save your money and your mental health. No one wants to go home after a nail salon’s employee bullies parts of someone’s body.

Poor customer service.they wont tell you any cancellation policy beforehand and even you give them a notice of cancellation 2-3 hours prior the appointment they will be like that’s not our problem and all. The person who talked to me on phone does not have problem solving skills.they want to prove that the customer is wrong and they are right…. I never had this kind of experience somewhere else. I booked an appointment because some refered them to me…. But they switch their statements and it is not about $15 it is about how you deal with customers and their concerns. So, I can’t trust them. I hope you guys improve your customer service.

Stop discriminating and be HUMAN yourself first!
I went to exclusive nails & spa a couple of times but I was only able to get in when I walk-in. Whenever I called to book an appointment, the appointment date and time is confirmed but as soon as they ask my name and contact number, all of a sudden they don't have appointments. The list of excuses like system glitch, staff made an error, short of employee and fully booked will come up. Today I called and same thing happened again. This happened 3 times with me in a row.
After checking client's name their store policy changes, what a discrimination I have received unknowingly! Let me tell you I never had any argument with any of their staff member and I always tip them generously. There are a huge list of better nail salons who treat their clients with respect. I will never go to such RACIST people and place. I never had such a bad experience.

The most pathetic place, they don't have value for your time, I booked an appointment for 5.30 and they started my pedicure at 6.20pm then when I.told the nail artist for the shape of my nails she started yelling at me as if I have given her wrong instructions but infact she ruined the shape of my nails, instead of apologizing from me she started asked for pedicure money on the top of her voice. I literally had to stand and leave that place without paying anything.

I have written this review so that no other customer had to face your abusive behavior like me again. I did not pay for your service because it was incomplete. When I requested for correction of shape, instead of apologizing you started misbehaving with me. I had no other choice that day after your rude and impatient behavior to leave the spa immediately with my unfinished nails. I left the spa because you were so aggressive and I felt unsafe and threatened. It's not about such petty amount of 20-30CAD, it's about your highly aggressive and rude behavior towards an unhappy customer.
