We recently rented a Thule cargo roof box for our ski trip. In short - great service, very helpful, supportive stuff, nice location. It was the second time we used their service. We’ll definitely come back!

I wanted a Thule box with cross bars. Simple way to deal. One set price & flexile with days allowance. Offered to install a few earlier for me to avoid last minute rush. Will recommend the rentals.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the customer service of this place. We booked camping gear for a multiple day backpacking trip and when we arrived for our reserved pick-up today on October 12, we saw a sign that the store was closed. Keep in mind, we reserved the camp gear weeks in advance in September and I am a repeat customer.
We had no prior call, emails, notifications of any kind to say that the store was closed. Our trip was supposed to be the next day at 6am so we are now scrambling to find equipment.

I’m beyond disgusted by the lack of adequate customer service. At bare minimum, they need to work on their communication to loyal customers especially when essential gear is required from Exclusive Sport Rental. This place has lost my business forever.

Edit on October 16: Alex, the Manager, reached out to me after the posting of the review and helped save the trip! He explained the situation and rectified it immediately. He also provided several promotions to make up for the incident - in which I thanked, but did not take up on it. Due to Alex's speedy response time, delegation, and sincere apologies, I upgraded the review from 1 star to 4. Alex takes care of his customers and ensures that mistakes/miscommunications are dealt with efficiently and is greatly appreciated. Despite the stress, Alex was able to save the trip from an impending disaster. Thank you, Alex, for the quick response and diligent care for your customers.

Seasonal skis and snowboards for the entire family are such a good value for us.we keep coming back.

We rented two beginner bikes for two days and it was so worth it. We used them to go from Toronto to Niagara and they held up pretty great. It was our first time using road bikes but the sales guy from the store was pretty nice and explained everything in detail (sorry, I didn't get his name, he had long hair).
I'm very happy with my decision to rent from sport rental. The only "disadvantage" is that the store is pretty far from downtown, but that aside, great decision and amazing bikes.

This rental shop was fantastic. The people are knowledgeable, beyond friendly and very helpful. It is also stocked with really good equipment.

Will definitely be renting from them again.

Our group rented few gravel bikes for the Canada day long weekend. Look pedals, locks, helmets, bike kits, garmin GPS mounts, shorter seat post and anything else we asked for the answer was always "no issues".

Service was top notch and bikes performed very well. The mechanic (Bonis?) helped with adjustments when picking up and is both super friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service! I required 13 sets of clubs for a tournament in Hamilton. Exclusive Sport Rentals was quick to reply with concerns, flexible, and allowed me to modify my order up until the day of while honouring their pricing/not overcharging me. They delivered and picked up the clubs on schedule, and there was no issues along the way! Fantastic service for rental clubs that I will use again in the future.

Alex and the team were very patient and very helpful. They were accommodating even with last-minute rentals and went out of their way to make sure I had a bike that was safe and suitable for me. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions I wasn't sure of. I would gladly come back to rent other equipment.

The rental experience was awesome! Staffs were very professional in the equipments and the sports. They would suggest different equipments not only based on the your skiing level, but also where you are going to ski. They were also very helpful and patient to assist us to find our best fits.

A good place to find fair-priced skis for rentals. They have a wide variety of boot and ski sizes and styles. Walked in and then walked out 20 minutes later with a full ski set. They know what they are doing.

Just did our 4th consecutive annual Christmas thule rooftop rental - and they are still the BEST! Always so organized and efficient. Deep and Murad are top notch!

Renting from them them is really a blast. Installed a whole thule system in less than 10 minutes, manager came out to make sure it's secure and answered all of our my questions. The young lady working the front is polite and pleasant. The whole transaction was just WOW. We need more companies like this.

Excellent, very friendly and efficient service! I rented four pairs of skis, boots and helmets plus a roof carrier for a trip to Quebec. It saved me both money and time vs renting at the hill.

We rented some skiing equipment for a group of 6. Let me just say, absolutely amazing service! Ahmer (the rep at their location) took over an hour to explain all the details and answer ALL of our questions. Keep in mind, we are complete beginners so we had quite a lot of questions. Everything was answered thoroughly and the equipment was all top-notch quality. Ahmer will now always be our go to guy for any rental!

Worked with Alex and his team to bring colourful Muskoka Chairs to an outdoor multi day public golf tournament! Alex was great to work with to coordinate details, and provided amazing onsite service to deliver, setup and pickup after. The chairs were great and lasted outdoors in various conditions for over a week in June, with no issues. Would highly recommend and look forward to the opportunity to work with again soon!

Great company to work with. Rented a thule roof rack to drive out to New Brunswick for my daughters wedding. For no extra cost they gave me the biggest rack they had and I needed it for suits, dresses and all kinds of stuff. Would highly recommend them

This is our 2x renting equipment from Exclusive. Last time it was a tennis ball serving machine with balls, this time a large ping pong table with equipment. Our experience with Exclusive Sport Rentals has been outstanding. Alex is very friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in the details and follow up. The fellow he had deliver and pick up the ping pong table was very similar. We will definitely rent from Alex again.

Well organized, good service, reasonable prices. We rented 3 sets of skis and boots with accessories, helmets and poles for a day of skiing at Mt Saint Louis. Good quality gear, quick setup included. Easy and convenient drop off return at the end of the day.

Very professional and courteous. Rented some winter sleeping bags and snowshoes for an Algonquin trip in February, everything was in top shape and pick-up/returns were effortless.

Yani goes out of his way to help customers out. He is always kind and ready to help to the best of his ability.

They were able to accommodate us last minute for snow shoe rental. Called them in the morning and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. Service was quick on pick-up and they have an easy after hour return process. Prices are fair and store front was very clean.

Excellent service! Returns after hours are available, returns flexible. Boot sizing with different boot types for cross country ski's can be done on the premises to insure proper fit. All-in-alk a great experience, thank you and see you again!

We rented 3 pairs of cross country skis for the weekend and were more than satisfied. Equipment was in fantastic condition and all 3 of us had no complaints with regards to comfort. Rented canoes from this place 2 times this summer. Wonderful place, and great service from Alex and his team.will continue to use them for future trips going forward.one key benefit was early pick up and late drop offs (no additional fee).

Alex was great when I visited. I initially saw that the location had great ratings online and now I can testify to that! He made the process of renting the road bike very smooth, explained to me in detail how to use the bike and when I even needed to get a phone mount for the bike he took it upon himself to find a store that had one and printed out directions for me.

After I was done and needed to return the bike, he made the process very smooth and convenient for me and he was very flexible in making arrangements for me when my plans had to change slightly. Exceptional service I must say!

Service was great. The gear was in good shape. We didn't have any trouble using or setting up things.
It's worth mentioning that the gear is of decent quality, and the best of all is that they rent "packages", so you can get all you need for camping in one "package", this also helps reducing the cost of your trip.

Exclusive Sports Rental is a great place! We’ve used them twice, once for a rooftop box and once for a camping package (tent, stove, sleeping bags, mattresses and cots, ice box) and a rooftop box. Alex was super nice and available. He answered all my questions, even showed me the gear before we rented. They installed the box and everything was in good condition. We will definitely go there for our next trip!

We had a great experience renting a road bicycle for a day. The bike was in excellent condition and was solid through our ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Alex provided fantastic communication and service.

After reading so many positive reviews about Exclusive we rented a motor for the weekend. It was opposite of where we live and where we were going but with great reviews it's worth the drive. We had a slight issue with the motor which was my fault, flooded it. Called Alex and shop was closing so he gave me his cell number. I called and told him the problem and he offered to meet us half way to give us another motor which he took from the shop. I passed because we weren't going out again that night and maybe next morning I'd try it again if it wasn't raining. Tried it and all was good so we went out for few hours. When we took the motor back and with no fault of Exclusive what so ever, Alex gave us gift card for our next rental. There's a good reason why Exclusive has such high ratings. Top notch customer service and especially when it was no fault of Exclusive Rentals. Yes we will most definitely be back.
