Decent service but please add fibre optics to east ipperwash. I live on E Parkway Dr
Lambton Shores ON N0N 1J3 Canada, and the fibre optics you guys have setup on the west end is blazing fast. Please bring it over to the east end so we here can enjoy that too. Right now the internet is near unusable.

Internet always goes down twice as much as Rogers. They piggyback off Rogers and Bell lines. They use to be local but now can expect help from people in India like the rest of the big providers.
Will be switching companies in near future.

I have new fiber installed unfortunately I still get consistent buffering especially trying to watch local ctv news at six in order to watch local News I have a second TV hooked up to a cheap antenna that sticks on my window and it is free why does execulink want to charge more for the new fiber when it doesn't work as well as free to air not a happy costamer

I tried to call today regarding an incorrect charge to my recent bill. My call went to India. Why? I have always been able to speak to someone here in Canada and get prompt and very friendly service. Now all I get is people who have no clue, being out on hold for far too long and placating tone of voice. What are we coming to when we cannot even talk to someone in our own country? Sent an email. Wonder how long this will take to get a response to my incorrect bill.

I've dealt with a lot of ISPs in my life but this is the first time someone has sold me equipment/an Internet plan only for me to spend hours on the phone to find out they don't even service this area.

By far the most pathetic service provider I ve ever had, and keep in mind I lived in Costa Rica for three months with superior service.

Inconsistent internet service with the absolute worst updates. While updating you can expect a compete disconnecton of service. If the update goes well, your router may still work, if not, you will need to fire up a different one. We have two on hand that we alternate from as Execulink will gaslight me and tell me it's us and we need a new unit. Same story every time, I don't even bother playing their game anymore.

I don't know a single neighbor happy with them, we all have the same issues. Same dog and pony show and I am completely over them. Use someone else, anyone else!

Have never received the speeds I’m paying for despite hours on the phone with tech support and techs out to the house. When I complained, I was reminded that their advertised speeds are “up to” that speed. It was like being mocked rather than helped. 0 Mbps is “up to” your advertised speed too! Are you saying that’s what I should expect? I miss my old ISP. I wish they were available here in Forest! Brutal experience! And there are tons of us in Forest with the same issues! I pay for 500 Mbps and yesterday’s speeds averaged 17 Mbps. That’s not a typo! 17 Mbps!

When they test it from their end, they say it’s great! I don’t know how they could possibly be getting the numbers they say they’re getting over their “help” app. I have been here for 8 months and it’s never been even a fraction of what they say it is. My devices are all confirmed to be capable of handling speeds MUCH higher than what I’m getting.

I give 5 stars to Gloria in tech support, the only one in almost 5 weeks that figured out my issue, she was amazing, every one else kept telling me that everything was amazing on my line, it wasn't. Once all is resolved going on almost 8 weeks, I will update my review.

We had the pleasure of having Kyle our technician take care if our internet service on May 10th. He was knowledgeable and punctual. He had our service up and running in under an hour.

Execulink has provided us with internet for one year. They have been professional, honest, competent, friendly.
Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, Victoria in the call centre is incredibly rude and arrogant has no idea how to speak to customers and just continues to tell people how wrong they are.

Before even getting set up with execulink they have already ruined there relationship.

Have been with this company for 7 years. They r great, cx service is always top notch. Long wait times tho when calling in.
