The worst service ever. Went to apply for work as someone had suggested. After giving a shift they asked me that I can respond back if there's something that needs to be changed. Called back a few times no response. So I called from a friend's phone and I told them that I'm calling from friend's phone as they hadn't picked up any of my calls. Their reply was "If I didn't talk from your phone, what are the chances that I'll talk to you from someone else phone". I politely told them to cancel my application as I don't want to be associated with a company that has such terrible customer service. Please don't ever go, there are better companies out there

Totally waste of time. The black ladies at the reception are very very rude. I had worked for about 5 days in a month through them and the haven't paid me yet even after 3 months. I have no hope of getting my pay.

Very bad customer service, no answer for call.staff who working there dont know how to treat people, they just ask the people to register but dont give any answer if u call them.dont waste ur time in this agency.

So crazy how awful the staff is at this agency. I have no idea how this place is still running. The way they talk to immigrants, old and young ppl is so disgusting and disrespectful. In the 10min I was there it felt like I was being pranked to see my reaction. That’s how bad the staff was. Someone should go in with a hidden camera and see what I’m talking about. The attitude starts right when you call them. Then gets 10 times worse when you go in. Disgusting human beings that work here.

Bunch of unprofessionals didn't get paid for work. Its being a month now when i am calling for my cheque they don't know anything except taking rude. Will take them to employment tribunal. Even they pay less than minimum wages and give work if you take their cab service for ($8) per day. So don't waste your time look for other agencies, so many around.
