The operator said he would eat my friends mom out and lick his nuts witch is very inappropriate. Do not go to this cab in brockville go somewhere else

They often take 20+ minutes to get to me. Not to mention a driver by the name of Kyle was very racist and aggressive.

2 of the dispatchers are great, others not so much. Often have to wait 20+ minutes for a ride. Fair prices and friendly drivers for the most part

After being left high and dry waiting for a different taxi company for 30 minutes, I called Executive taxi, and they nicely told me I might be waiting a while as it was a busy night. But their driver arrived in 5 minutes. She was excellent. I would give these guys and gals 6 stars if I could.

I don't take taxis often but when I do their drivers are always friendly and I never have to direct them.

The two taxi businesses in Brockville hold our city hostage and cannot wait until the day a 3rd party comes in and then they will see their business dry up! This business not only refused to give a ride to the local assessment center and not only that their stupid dispatcher call the other taxi business to tell them not to give me a ride. These two taxi businesses do not care about the riders and make their own rules I cannot wait for the day that Uber comes into Brockville. Because of this company's actions I had to walk half hour each way while feeling under the weather, please stay away the business until they improve their customer service which I am sure will never happen!

It took 40 minutes after I called for them to even leave, I called 2 times between that 40 mins asking if they were on the way yet an they said no then asked what address I was going to after telling them twice

The wait was short for the cab to pick us up. We were headed to Prescott with 3 drop offs. The total was $68.00. I know that's cheaper than any of us getting a DUI but that seemed expensive to me

Not typically a bad company in the past until recently when I went around them with my bike and then almost got run over. Was clearly in the view of the taxi cab driver and he started to move the car after I was right in front of him. I understand that life is hard, right now especially, but I'd rather keep my leg/life thanks.

I was sick with flu last nite and waited 40 minutes cause they sent the cab wrong place.i was at works front door and he finally showed up.the cab smelled strong cigarette and he had front window open the whole timme.at minuse 20

Every time I ordered a cab from this company — it came promptly and there was a pleasant taxi driver with a clean cab.

Friends of mine called executive tonight, at 2am the cab arrived and honked the horn. I live in lyn valley court lyn. The taxi honking would not be appreciated by my neighbours and definitely was not appreciated by me. I proceeded to call the executive dispatch to complain. And the lady had no listening skills clearly. She keep saying a different address n not clearly understanding what my call was about. So I asked for the name of the manger or owner which she chose to ignore n keep rambling about some cab taking someone home already. So I told her I was not trying to be rude I just wanted to know the name of the owner. N thst she was being very difficult with me by not responding to my question. Then proceeded to let her know that that call was being recorded n that I can let the owner listen to it. She rudely hung up. N that was that. So in am I will be contacting the owner. If anyone knows whom the owner is I would greatly appreciate that information. Very disgusted at this poor behaviour of taxi driver n dispatch lady. I will be informing any further guest of my home executive is not a cab company whom I will be pleased with them using to leave my residents. If they do I will have to no longer allow them here less they have alternative options of transportation.

If i could give zero stars I would. The drivers are ignorant and constantly trespassing on private property, despite repeated phone calls asking them to stop.

Called at 1: 40 and they said would be there shortly. Called again at 2: 01 and said the drive is 20-30 minutes so should be anytime. Waited in cold until 2: 25 and no cab came. Bull s*** service the people there should be fired

Miserable unprofessional service, i waited 15 minutes for a cab, called to ask when i might expect a cab, was told by dispatcher it would be another 10 minutes or so, when i asked if they were so busy that I should call another company, the dispatcher said "Fine, Goodbye" and hung up on me. Nasty, unacceptable excuse for customer service. They currently have a sole service contract with Via rail, which should be removed. Gives Brockville a bad name.
