It's my first time here with my husband. We try the couple's spa and it was perfect! The environment was very relax and clean. The massage by the RMT was excellent and we felt very relaxed. The staff there was very friendly, especially Joanna. This would be our first choice for our next massage!

Best spa I have been to! I love this place-nicest staff and the spa is beautiful. I found them in 2019 and drive over an hour to see them because it’s the best massage I have ever had! Joanna, Hank and team are the sweetest. If you are looking for couples massage they have spacious rooms with a great ambience (most spas squeeze two beds into a tiny room-not the case here). They are located inside the Delta hotel near the Toronto airport. I typically go for massage therapy but also do love their facials & body treatments! You will not be disappointed, I use to go to Elmwood and other high end spas like that but now I only go here. My kids go here as well for RMT and love it as well!

Johanna is the best. She's very skilled and passionate about her work and she knows the body very well. From deep tissue massages to hot stones massages, she knows best and succeeds each time to release the pain and the stress.

I went here twice.the first time was amazing! The staff is very attentive and professional. Place is clean and details are not overlooked. I got a 90 min massage for my bday. The RMT hit all of my aches and ones I didn't know I had! She released all of my tight muscles from my workouts. The room was very well decorated and relaxing. Perfect pressure. They also have a signature paraffin thingy that they rub all over u to relax you even further. The second time I went for a 90 min couple's massage and 30 min sea salt scrub with hubby. He had my previous RMT and really enjoyed her but the one that I got seemed as if she was in training. I wasn't pleased.at all. I was actually quite angry as I was hoping to feel the same as I did the first time but I guess I took one for the team. After our scrub we got to shower together. I still would recommend this place. I will just request my first RMT.

Pure professionals! Very incredible massage and found all the rights spots with tension! Will come back all the time.

SCAM ALERT
DO NOT BUY GROUP ON FOR THIS SPA! Over $300 coupon tried to book two months in advance just to be told that they can’t book or use this voucher and to book one week ahead of time. Unfortunately I don’t live in Toronto and can’t fly in with a one week notice. Spoke to someone on the phone and said I was a hotel guest cause that’s what the stipulations were you had to be a hotel guest to book on this day! Then informed no receipts can be given for massages. I’m out $300+ dollars and was basically told off on the phone by an Asian lady. Horrible business, I don’t think I would ever step foot into this spa clearly it’s about making money seeking coupons and not honouring it to the guest! Bad bad business. Very shady. Not to mention the energy given off by a place named exhale! Breathe and read the replies on other reviews to guests! Very stand off. Unbelievable

Edit - since I can’t respond to the reply I got I urge everyone to read all the other review and see how stand off the replies are. To the person who answered my review please learn some tact you work in a relaxation spot. No need to target me I don’t know you and yes I’m not your customer because you wouldn’t book me for the $200 scam voucher I bought. Not to mention I’m re thinking my booking at this delta hotel since I don’t want to deal with negative people like you. Shameful the way you treat potential customers. And explain why there’s no receipts for the actual massage. Don’t know what kind of business this is but seems very shady.

GROUPON package is a huge challenge to book for many excuses given by booking agent. Thank goodness I got a refund. Avoid if you don't like hassles.
