Tony at Exit Realty helped us in buying a home. Tony asked us all the right questions. He understood what we wanted and stayed within our budget with every recommendation. Provided local market info along with comparable recent propertie sales, to ensure we could make a competitive offer. GIving keen and expirenced insight on how to better utilize the layouts of living spaces. Plus value add renovation ideas, both for the immediate and long term. All the while making us feel like we were hanging out and getting advice from a favorite uncle.

I'm a first time buyer and wasn't sure what to expect. My realtor was Anthony [Tony] Joubert and he was amazing! Very friendly and down to earth. He is quite knowledgeable about the area and also the whole process of how buying a home works (I had endless questions upon questions lol).

I was really nervous and overwhelmed before I drove 5 hours to Cornwall to see a few properties we were interested in. Not too mention I had already spent a month of numerous long drives in other areas of Ontario with no luck and was starting to get discouraged. And we did not have anything close to the positive experience with some realtors as we had with Tony. It was like the others kept suggesting properties that were the opposite of our parameters and way out of our price range.

After Tony took me to these properties and we chatted, my apprehensions and fears eased up. He listened to my concerns, understood the difference between our wants and needs and did his best to help us within those parameters. We felt he was genuinely interested in making sure we found what we were looking for and extended himself greatly in our search for a new home.

Norma Lamoureux was my real estate agent for our recent house purchase. I cannot say enough good things about her.
