I stopped by for a last-minute piercing change because I downsized too early at another shop I frequent out of town.

Despite being appointment only, the staff was kind enough to find me a spot within the hour.

The jewelry they have in-store is beautiful & high quality. I fell in love with it so quickly I ended up swapping out my nose piercing on impulse too. I wasn’t a fan of how the piece I chose looked, and the staff was even kind enough to let me change my mind after installing.

They’re also very knowledgeable and honest which is something I really appreciate when it comes to piercings.

I look forward to coming back in the future if I’m ever in town.

I've been going to shops and getting pierced for almost two decades and Six is in my opinion the best piercer in this city. Clean, profesional, personable, and prices reflect the premium quality of the jewelery you can choose from.

I’ve done my piercins here twice with Six, the best tbh. I’ve done piercings elsewhere and none of them compared with how quick and painless Six is with his craft. I did my rook and conch here on 2 separate occasions and never have any issue with the piercings. Healed beautifully and did I say it was quick and painless?

Booked my appointment online and got a reply back very promptly. The studio is clean, everyone is very friendly and I feel very comfortable.

I love that they carry BVLA and they were so kind to offer shipping any jewelry to me since I was leaving the country.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Six is phenomenal and so incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I got my conch done by him, and he talked thoroughly about different possible placements that would work with my anatomy. I wish I got all my piercings done here, but I will be coming back soon to get my tragus pierced here! So sorry for the low resolution picture - Six did do an amazing job. The pain was not too bad, I would give it a 4/10 - it was similar in pain to my helix. I am in love with my conch piercing. If you want to get a piercing, do not hesitate to come to Exotix! The receptionist Aisling is also so friendly and helpful!

I went to Exotix on the recommendation of a colleague to get my nasal septum pierced. It was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. They were kind, professional, clean and they use premium jewelry. I’m so glad I went there and would recommend them to anybody looking for an excellent piercing experience!

I highly recommend. I wasn't quit stressed. I was going to rectify the hole of right ear. Too down compared to the other.
Amber took the time to make me comfortable. She repeated herself several times to be sure to place her landmark correctly. She explained me every step before to start and when she was ready she gave me time to check by myself before to piercing. I didn't fell any pressure although I took my time.
After that she took more time to explain me the aftercare recommendations.
She also give me a kind of certificate with her name and date. I don't know at witch point is official but its appreciated to have something to refer in case that going not well.
But everything went very well and I am now very happy with my ear piercings and wear earrings daily:)

This piercing studio is all about quality. If you want to ensure you're going to get pierced properly, and with good quality jewlery this is the place to go.

I got my Septum pierced by Amber and repiercing my nipples with Six both were incredibly calm and fantastic piercers. They ensured you felt comfortable, were incredibly thorough with making sure the placement is correct and making the process as seamless as possible. I seriously can't recommend this studio enough!

I had the most delightful experience here today at the studio. I got to work with a Jessie who did an absolutely perfect job on my nostril piercing. As a new comer to body piercing there was definitely so anxiousness but that quickly went away. The process was explained to me clearly, I felt comfortable and the studio is emasculate. Ashley at the front end was also wonderful. They have an stay of top notch jewelry by BVLA.

Have been here a few times. Once to stretch my PA and get a frenum CBP put in. Then again to remove the frenum (my own choice). Great staff, always friendly and knowledgeable.

I came here for piercings in a sensitive spot years ago and the bedside manner of the piercer was amazing.but i'm leaving a review today bc i just called to ask about MRI-safe retainers for more recent piercings (done at another shop) and the customer service on the phone with exotix was SO helpful.i tried other studios closer to me first and the people who answered the phone were super skittish about my question.the guy at exotix listened patiently and let me know how they usually handle clients with MRIs.knowing there's a process takes away some of the anxiety ahead of a stressful medical appointment.they're not just talented artists — they know their business.the piercing and tattoo world can be such a crapshoot when it comes to aftercare and customer service.it's really good to know that there's a shop in town like exotix to help out.

The girl on the phone was pretentious and snotty. I hope the owner reads this and gets rid of staff that don't care about the bottom line. I did say money wasn't an issue.guess staff don't care

So grateful I went to exotix for my piercing! The studio was super clean and everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional. I was getting my septum pierced and it turned out my septum was quite deviated. Gordon took the time to make sure that even with my anatomy it looked great and I was happy with it. Even though it took longer than expected I felt so calm knowing that he was doing everything he could to make sure it looked the best possible. I would certainly go back to exotix or recommend them to a friend!

Absolutely amazing service. I ordered a custom piece and got a few other standard pieces, and the process was really easy and seamless. All the pieces I’ve purchased from them are very high quality and the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would 1000% recommended Exotix, they’re the only piercing studio I will go to for custom jewelry and future piercings.

LITERALLY the best place ever. From start to finish, the best customer service and the most comfortable experience. Jessie did my daith piercing yesterday, and I was a little nervous. I was immediately comforted by the knowledge, honesty and detail that went into this appointment. Don't go anywhere else to get a piercing! This is the place!

I had my second holes pierced here in August 2021. I'm sharing my experience now as I recently spoke to the jewellery company who referred us to this spot and they were quite shocked by our experience and the PRICE we paid.

Mejuri referred us to Exotix as their piercing services weren't available due to covid. We were asked to put down a $50 deposit prior to our appointment. When we arrived, I was beyond shocked at what we were being charged to have our ears pierced. We debated very strongly walking out in that moment, but we felt under pressure as we were already there and had made a deposit.

We had to use the earrings they provided (fine by me) but there were no prices on the earrings, and when we asked they seemed to quote us random prices. We had to pay separately for the front of the earring and the backing for a total of $280.00 + the cost of the piercing at $50.00/ per hole. In the end, I paid $430.00 for two piercings and the earrings. I've taken a photo of the 14K earrings to provide a visual idea of scale and size, a drop of an earring. As you can see, they are extremely tiny and basic, and never in a million years would these cost $280.00 elsewhere (the CHEAPEST pair they carried.) Maybe tough times during covid called for tough measures but I wanted to share my review to warn future customers of what to expect and ask before booking. Mejuri charges $25.00 for up to 5 piercings with the purchase of earrings, and now I wouldn't of expected the exact same experience but since when do piercings of this sort with earrings this small cost this much?

This experience haunted me for a long time and I was relieved to know we weren't the only ones so shocked by the experience. We left feeling so deflated, the excitement completely depleted by the feeling of being ripped off. Another customer had walked in behind us and had the exact same reaction.

I take full responsibility for not walking away from our deposits, for not requesting pricing ahead of time and for feeling pressured to get it done since we were there standing in the shop but this experience could NEVER be justified in my mind. I assumed the price would compare to regular needle style ear piercings and that assumption cost me a lot. I also generally feel let down given all the positive reviews we read prior to booking.

Trust the positive reviews. I have had pretty good piercing experience elsewhere before, I only went in to Exotix to get pierced with titanium or gold since the place I usually go to would do my rook with surgical steel. I had emailed them to inquire about jewelry options and they were prompt and informative so I went ahead with the booking. Six pierced my rook and the experience exceeded my expectation even though my bar was high to start with. The actual piercing wasn't painful and he took time to explain various options I have in terms of jewelry. They carry high end jewelry so if you are piercing with gold, expect to pay those prices. But also expect quality service and experience. They can also order in custom pieces so I'm very much looking forward to going back for a couple more piercings.

I highly recommend this studio. I got a conch piercing done here and the process was quick, efficient, and professional. I trusted my piercer and never felt embarrassed to ask questions about the procedure. I will definitely come back for other piercing needs.

I had my nostril piercing done about a month ago, and couldn't be more happier! I must say I was very nervous since it was my first piercing, but the calmness and the professionalism of my piercer made me forgot most of the ridiculous questions I had

The process was explained beautifully every step of the way and it was basically painless. Don't even want to mention how spotlessly clean the studio was and how all of my emails were responded in a very very timely manner.

This piercing meant a lot to me and I can't imagine choosing any other studio to do it in! A big big thank you to my piercer Gordon!

After explaining exactly what to expect and assessing my nose, Gordon found out my septum was slightly deviated. Obviously this makes it more challenging to get it pierced. I was ready to have him repierce it if necessary to ensure the jewelry is levelled. Thankfully Gordon took good care and it came out perfect! It's also worth mentioning that the studio was spotless, with an extensive selection of jewelry (although Six did mention that there's more on the way). My expectations were high based on other reviews, and Exotix exceeded those expectations. Looking forward to coming back

I just got a forward helix piercing with Amber and she did an outstanding job. I am so glad I trusted the reviews and went to Exotix Studios. They are true professionals. It was painless and a day later I don't even notice any swelling. It looks amazing! I'm looking forward to coming back again very soon! 10/10. Highly recommended.

Exotix is really the place to go for piercings in Toronto. It is stunnng and spotlessly clean studio with great staff. High anxiety was handled incredibly and the overall experience was absolutely positive. I couldn't have hoped for better.

I got a Medusa piercing here a few days before lockdown in March 2020. It was quick and clean and professional. I wasn't able to come back after 6 weeks for the usual downsizing of my jewelery, but when I did contact them almost a year later (I couldn't take the big stem anymore!) they were able to pull up my appointment record and offer me the best size without it being able to fit it for me. I will definitely send any friend looking for a piercing here. The whole crew is super nice and offer helpful advice for any question.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The studio itself is welcoming and clean and took Covid precautions seriously when I went for my piercing.

I got a daith piercing in the summer and it was an amazing experience. Jesse was awesome! Friendly, patient and very informative. It has been quite a few years since I got a piercing, so was a bit nervous.

My piercing was quick and painless and has healed better then I could have hoped.

The time has come where I can change my earring but unfortunately the studio is temporarily closed for the obvious reasons.

The last week I’ve been emailing back and forth with Six who answered every question I had regarding new earring size, style and price. He even suggested I send a photo of my ear to see my anatomy to allow for the best recommendation.

Amazing service. I felt no pressure to buy anything and he made me feel welcome to ask as many questions as I needed, and I definitely had a few. Haha.

My partner and I went this past week for ear lobe piercing and we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the studio. Everything was well organized and on time (appointments required due to Covid) as well as extremely clean and sterile (you wait for the jewelry you select to be sterilized in an autoclave). Amazing selection of great quality jewelry and our piercer Gordon was excellent. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Very happy with the service experience, focus on safety and high quality. Highly recommend.

Absolutely THE BEST experience I've had at any piercing/tattoo place in Toronto. These wonderful folks deserve 10 stars! They are slightly more expensive than other places but you're not paying just to get stabbed with a needle, you're paying for the knowledge, expertise and advice that comes with years of practice. I had a specific piercing in mind but when I showed Six, he explained how the anatomy would need to be situated for that piercing yo work and why that wouldn't work for me. He gave me an alternative that should have been fairly straightforward but even that was a bit difficult on my anatomy but I wouldn't trust anyone else to execute that piercing.
Every step of the way, Six ensured I was comfortable, the pain wasn't unbearable and he took his time. After he was patient enough to answer my (many) questions, explained aftercare in detail, discussed a possible ear project and gave advice about changing jewelry and what would work best for me, not just the most expensive piece. Lindsey was also extremely nice and made sure the studio was immaculate and made sure to wipe down common surfaces after every client.
They are simply the best in the biz and now, I refuse to go anywhere else for my piercings.

I got my first cartilage piercing done back in February by Amber and I couldn't be happier! I had to get rid of a previous cartilage piercing that was done horribly by another piercing place, it was the wrong placement and it was a hoop which the Exotix staff informed me was not ideal for healing. Amber was able to take the old one out and give me a new one. I really appreciated was the customer service. Amber really took her time with me and discussed which would be the ideal placement and look the best. I greatly appreciated that and did not get that sort of advice anywhere else. It was placed in the perfect place thanks to Amber and it also healed really well! 6 months in and nothing has gone wrong. Any future piercings I will get I am definitely coming here. Overall extreme professionalism, great environment and friendly staff that are very knowledgeable.

Got pierced by Six, he was super chill and professional. I had got pierced at a different shop and turned out they had botched the job. Thankfully Six was able to fix and repierce the area. The shop was clean, comfortable and conveniently located downtown.
My only regret was not coming here first because it would have saved me a lot of hassle.
Exotix will be the only place I will go for piercings/jewelry from now on.

I paid the full price of a piercing to include 14kt gold curved barbells. They didn't have them in stock, and I had to wait for my swelling to go down anyway so they would fit, so upon 4-6 weeks later I could have them fitted and pick them up.
A month later, "the owner is waiting on putting in a big order"
A few weeks later, "we haven't put our order in yet. "
I didn't pay over $350 just to get pierced. I was ripped off and they never gave me the 14kt jewelry that I PAID for. This is literally a scam, because 4-6 weeks later you can't put in a complaint with your credit card. The piercer was professional and competent but I got ripped off.

I went to the studio to get myself a nose ring by bringing along an old nose ring that had become warped. Their service was phenomenal. They were able to recommend the correct diameter and gauge from the existing nose ring. The new ring I got from them was affordable for the high quality that it is. This is going to be my go-to for body jewelry now.

It was good and professional, but it was very pricy. It cost around $250 to get 2 helix piercings and it cost around $600 to get 2 rings changed into them. The guy was so happy to know I’m buying the jewelries

Amazing studio! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Jessie did a fantastic job on a few lobe piercings for me. She really made me feel comfortable, explained the whole process and it was done in a super quick, painless way in a super clean environment. Definitely would visit again!

I had my lobes repierced at another popular shop downtown but struggled to heal them after over a YEAR (itching, blood blisters, peeling, etc) and was given a laundry list of home remedies that were not effective. They didn’t even want to consider that there was a problem with the execution of my piercings. I decided to get a second opinion at Exotix. The piercer suggested the issue might be trace metals in cheap surgical steel and/or the jewellery wasn’t a good fit. We switched it from a curved SS barbell to a flat back titanium stud and I was advised to give it about a month and then reassess. After the month was up, they weren’t perfect, but they were improving significantly so I waited it out a little longer, and I’m happy to say that finally my ears have healed! The flat backs are also really easy to remove and put back in to sleep.

Most of their jewellery is very high end, but the titanium starter jewellery is quite reasonable and worth it to avoid an unpleasant reaction. I’m very happy I decided to get a second opinion and that they were willing to help!

The only piercing parlour I'll go to as long as I live in the GTA.great staff, Jesse is super friendly and amazing at her job.she's honest about what can be done with your anatomy and will never pierce something that wouldn't suit the piercing, and won't pressure or patronize you.it's very pricey but it's very worth it.

Love it here! Piercers are all so friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. Have come here several times now and each has been great experience. I’ve also come back for when my ear was a bit inflamed from a piercing and they took care of it with ease (changed to a longer bar for me and gave treatment advice). They are also great at ear design and always make sure piercings are properly spaced out (I find tattoo parlours do not do this). Highly recommend!

If you have money to spear this place is perfect for a piercing investment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they answer all your questions and make sure you are happy with the result.

As a first timer at Exotix I thought the overall experience was really great. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. I had Amber pierce my ears, she was lovely and chatty which made me more comfortable before the piercings happened. My only feedback is to have more transparency over the prices. It can be pretty confusing from a customers perspective when you’re told different prices. Would definitely go back through for future piercings.

Six always knows how to fix piercings in the least painful way possible! I've had issues with my ear (forward helix) taking up jewelry on a few occasions-lost disks etc.and he's always gotten them out safely. I've had piercings done by Jessie and Gordon-they are also amazing. Exotix is my go-to for piercings in the GTA.

Can honestly say this was one of the best piercing experiences I've had by far. Gordon was great my Septum piercing was perfectly place. I just can't stop looking at it.

I booked an appointment last minute and the receptionist was very accommodating. The layout of the store is gorgeous, clean, and inviting. The piercers are knowledgeable and hygienic. Amazing as always, never had an issue with any piercings from Exotix. Had some minor issues switching jewellery, but as always they've always quickly helped take care of it.

Six was amazing. So happy to have had an extra set of eyes on what was a piercing done a bit wrong but glad to have had his help and hopefully all heals well now!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a good variety of different body jewelry, both high end and something more wallet friendly (precious metals and real gemstones vs titanium and lab grown gems). Service fees are reasonable too. Once you go up the stairs you are greeted by a sunny lobby, industrialish decor and a couple of friendly faces who are ready to answer each and any question you may have (my indecisiveness was not greeted with loathe or rudeness, I always get all of my questions answered and I don't feel uncomfortable asking 101 questions), exemplar professionalism. Some of the jewelry is exposed along one of the walls and in the counter, never clamped up. The actual rooms where the magic happens (: L) are the perfect size for their purpose, everything is properly packaged and sanitized. This place specializes in body piercing and jewelry, if you can stick a needle through it these guys will be able to tell you the safest way to go about it (including more "delicate" services)

Honestly, the best piercing place you ever need to visit. Top-notch service. The staff here is kind, patient and knowledgeable. They are meticulous in measurements and you will be in good hands. Anyone that works here receives a top-tier education about piercings or something. I feel bad for them because I bring mistakes done by other studios here to try to 'fix'. They can help you fix your irritations, infections, and hopefully "off" piercings. Take their advice. Save yourself from discomfort, infections, and money by going here.

The owner, you wouldn't know who it is. Because they'll be working there, cleaning and prepping the room, doing the piercings. They love their job and is passionate about piercings. That's the type of person that runs this studio, and in turn, those are the values of the staff as well.
