I booked a flight online to Las vegas that was canceled.

The agent took the time out to call the airline and get us a new flight, plus help book our rental car and hotels.

She had intimate knowledge of the areas the hotels were located in and steered us away from an area where the hotel had a high rating but it was not safe to walk outside. All while staying within our budget.

When I say there's no one like Sarah, I mean there's no one like Sarah. She truly goes way above and beyond for her clients in every possible way. I was given her contact information from a friend to assist in planning and booking a trip to Walt Disney World with my family - a place she is an absolute expert in, and the trip was the most seamless, most magical, most amazing family experience literally all thanks to her. Disney can be a beast and Sarah made our trip stress free and beyond enjoyable every step of the way. She was more than happy to answer my many questions before, throughout and after the booking process.as well as when we were actually there! She provided amazing recommendations on places to stay, go, eat, etc. She even had tips for the airport on how to save time and your sanity with security, customs, etc. I have already recommended her to many of my friends, several who have also booked similar trips with her and had the same experience, and I look forward to continuing a relationship with her both as an incredible travel expert and a friend. When we first wanted to go on a cruise we weren't quite sure where to go however Cindy Logan was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and providing great insight into what we should look out for and consider when booking a cruise.

We took a wonderful Mediterranean cruise and that is in large part because of Cindy's help in walking us through the entire trip and helping us book the entire end to end process including hotels, taxis, and flights as well!

I would recommend using Expedia Cruses as they are a great service for organizing cruises for people new to the experience!

My husband and I just returned from the trip of a lifetime and that was mostly due to the fact that we had Shannon Smith helping us out. There were many moving parts involved in this trip - 4 hotels, rental car, golf tee times, and excursions and the whole trip was seamless. Expedia Cruise new owner is a true travel hostess, knowledgeable and helpful. She, and her staff put on some great information seminars from different Cruise and Ship lines. We enjoy the sessions as they give us up to date information and allow us many new choices that we weren't aware of.
