My husband and I have been looking at booking a cruise but kept putting it off. We were walking downtown Oakville today and decided to pop in without an appointment to ask some questions. We met with Owen who is the owner of the agency. Many of the cruises they had were already booked and we had a specific dates and budget in mind. Owen went beyond our expectations and found us a cruise that worked with our timing and budget. His associate Paula was kind enough to serve me a wonderful cup of coffee which made the process more enjoyable. This is a very friendly team!
