If you are in pain and have tried many different physio/chiro massage therapy clinics.with no or temporary improvements.this is the review you are looking for.

So I have been dealing with back neck and shoulder pain … bad whiplash from car accident and then full time job as dental hygienist for many years.
I have tried many different clinics and RMTs to find some relief from this chronic pain, and nothing helped.
And then my Dentist recommended Mina and his team, and to be honest, I didn’t have many expectations when I made an appointment, I was so sure, they will just do some treatment and it will help for a day or two and then back to zero again. But out of desperate need to get rid of pain, I went for my first appointment.

And let me say this…
They Proved me wrong. Not only Mina did a great job finding the root of my pain and treating it with compassion, his whole team worked together to make sure I was taken care of well. Tariq (osteopath) is the best, it shows that he takes pride in his work and his skills are unmatchable. Just 1 advice for you as a new patient: stick to the treatment plan.and let them do the treatments the way they recommend, and 2 weeks later, you will be standing, walking sleeping better without pain.week 3 of treatment and I am out of that ongoing misery and chronic pain.

I saw the Physiotherapist who was able to assess and refer me to the proper services within the clinic that I needed, so it is a one-stop shop that was fast and efficient for my needs, as I would have got lazy to book with another place to book a Chiropractor or an Osteopath.
The staff members are very friendly, kind, and accommodating during treatment and tail the exercise while you are doing it to your need and pain level.highly recommended if you are looking for a full and long-lasting recovery and not just a superficial treatment for symptoms.

6 months ago, I was in constant pain due to Sciatica, I was on WSIB because I was unable to perform my normal work duties and my overall quality of life was severely compromised because of it.

From the moment I walked in the door, Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me along the way as an excellent advocate for my well being when dealing with WSIB and my employer.

Jothi and Sam offered indispensable knowledge, guidance and coaching in my personalized physiotherapy program. Fingers crossed, I won't be needing their expertise anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I will be seeing.

I would absolutely be remiss not to mention the top notch massage provided by Peter Hanna as well as the Osteopathic services pro Sonia Zaki. If you've never seen an Osteopath, I highly recommend booking a session with her.

Last, but certainly not least, Pedorthist Laura Mezler is a fountain of knowledge. She helped me obtain appropriate orthothic footwear by taking a detailed mold of my feet to meet my exact personal needs. She also analyzed my walking gait and posture, providing crucial insight and advise to correct some root causes of my injury.

Today, I'm back at work 99% pain free and have totally regained my quality of life.

One of the best health care experiences ever!
I have worked in the trades for almost 40 years and you tend to damage your body over the years.
My knees are in much better shape and i can turn my neck all the way again. They also did a treatment on some leg muscles next day leg was 95 %. The process can sometimes be a little painful sometimes (no pain no gain), however the result are indisputable.
Will be back for tune ups:) If you work in the trade you don't need to be in constant pain, go see the team.

I found Expert Physio Plus 2 years ago when I was put on a list for knee replacement surgery and my doctor recommended the GLAD program to me while I was waiting. EPP was the only place that returned my call almost immediately and I started therapy there shortly after.

The care is intense. Everyone on the team plays a role in your therapy. The GLAD program there is surprisingly fun but pushes you to your limits and the results are amazing. I limped into EPP in the fall and walked out quite strong before Christmas. When my surgery was postponed in January, I decided to take up snowshoeing, and covered pretty impressive distances. Considering that before GLAD, I could hardly do short walks without intense pain, I was wondering if I needed surgery at all. I went ahead with it in the spring and went back to EPP for rehab. My knee now has an even better range of motion and strength than it did before. Because I was so strong going into surgery, my rehab was rapid. I credit the team at EPP with my great results.

The GLAD program here is very well done. Despite being in a group, your exercises are individualized based on what you’re able to do without pain. And the group dynamic pushes you to go further than you would alone and you laugh a lot. I’m a big fan of GLAD and would recommend it to anyone with joint pain or osteoarthritis. Often, we tend to think that with chronic pain, we need to rest and stay immobile, afraid to make it worse. But the opposite is true, GLAD works on strengthening the supporting muscles so that joints don’t experience as much stress. The results are impressive. I’m living proof that it can change your quality of life.

I have worked with many physio, athletic and massage therapists over the years. Expert Physio Plus is by far the best! Their holistic approach is outstanding. UPDATE i noticed that my son posture is not straight so we went to Mina and his team, Mina could identify the problem and in few sessions with some exercises, my son is now better than normal
I brought my daughter to the team too, she was not complaining of anything but Mina showed me that she needed some adjustments, indeed her spine is straight now and could tell the difference in her posture, to our surprise, Mina even could tell which side she leans on in bed! My daughter was wondering "mommy how does Mina know where exactly hurt without telling him? " Mina has magic hands indeed

I started going to Expert Physio after a friend recommended them for my chronic low back pain. At the initial assessment, my physiotherapist, Mina, knew exactly what the cause of the pain was and explained it to me along with the treatment plan.

Being a former competitive sprinter and marathon/half marathon enthusiast, I think it’s fair to say that I have experienced my fair share of strains, sprains, tendon tears, and fractures, just to name a few. I also work professionally in the Heath and Fitness industry, teaching several HIIT classes per week which can really take a toll on ones joints. Needless to say, I’ve had a wide range of experience with a variety of physiotherapists and chiropractors over the last several years.

I have been living with chronic tightness and pain for five years. I have seen multiple physiotherapists in Ottawa, and nothing seemed to change until I got treatment at Expert Physio Plus! After just one treatment, the tightness was already significantly reduced. I have now had five sessions, and the pain and tightness are almost completely gone! While other physiotherapists have only focused on the area with the most pain, the physiotherapist at Expert Physio Plus (Mina) does a full-body assessment to find the root cause of the issue. After five years of living with this discomfort, I am so relieved that I finally found a physiotherapist who has solved this issue.

I was also very happy with my treatment from Josh, the exercise therapist. Josh does a comprehensive assessment to determine how every muscle and joint impacts one another. His technique involves releasing, lengthening, and re-strengthening the muscles – providing sustainable results. He also makes the experience so fun and enjoyable!

Had attended GLA: D program with educational and exercise program at ExpertPhysio Plus in Blackburn Hamlet on physician referral. Excellent program and very pleased with the results. Knee pain has disappeared for the most part and flexibility increased. Learned how to manage osteoarthritis of the knee and manage daily living comfortably. The therapist, Emily, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and overall an inspiration. The receptionist was easily accessible for scheduling and rescheduling sessions; she was very friendly and helpful always. Definitely recommend this place for Physiotherapy.

I am very happy with the positive changes in my body that are steadily occurring thanks to the careful treatments and exercise programs at this clinic. Physiotherapist Mina Gebrlal, physio assistants Fernanda and Emily, and trainer Josh are professional, dedicated, and truly care about their clients’ well-being. My balance is better and I have a lot more range of motion. My muscles are getting stronger around my arthritic and injured joints. The pain levels are much lower. My experience at Expert Physio Plus has been excellent! Mina and his team are very professional. They take care of their patients in a holistic manner, combining different techniques (massage, adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, personal training, etc.) depending on the injuries you have, and adapting the treatment to how you feel that day. I came here for a frozen shoulder and was treated for that injury as well as a scoliosis for which I had never received any treatment before (yet both injuries are intimately related). Both my shoulder and my posture have been corrected after 8 months of treatment. I feel in better shape now then I have felt in the past years. I am also much more automonous in asssessing my body and planning my exercice routine. This could not have been possible without Mina and his team. Wonderful clinic and staff! I have gone to this clinic for two separate injuries and have had a great experience. Mina always seeks out and takes patients' feedback into account when deciding how to move forward for the best treatment plan. The staff are friendly and will make you feel comfortable. Expert Physio is a fantastic team. Mina is an expert. I had severe foot pain due to standing for long hours at work. He was able to make an accurate assessment. After a few sessions, my foot completely healed!

Mina has been a tremendous support in identifying an ongoing back/hip imbalance post-surgery. After a few weeks of his treatment I am feeling less pain and more mobility.
Mina really knows what treatments work best and can tailor it to the individual. His experience is certainly more than I have experienced before. I will continue as the benefits of this clinic are excellent, should have a 10 star rating.
