Reliable & Honest! I've never had such a good experience as the one I did with Expert Plumbing! I called them when I had an emergency leak and needed someone asap! They had someone at my house within 30 mins AND they found and fixed the problem without hesitation!

We had a new bathroom faucet provided and installed by Expert Plumbing. I appreciated that as I didn't have time to shop.
2 toilets were leaking and needed seals.
Mike was great to work with. He's very friendly and a likable guy.
We'd have him back again.

The connection between my kitchen and bathroom sinks was clogged up. I called another place before contacting Expert Plumbing. Their quote was very expensive. Luckily, my condo management company got back to me and recommended Expert Plumbing.

I was impressed with many things:
1. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The CSR explained the price breakdown thoroughly, I was emailed and texted confirmation of the appointment, and when the technician would arrive.
2. Price: The quote they gave me was much less than the first company - even with a worst case scenario.
3. Workmanship: Mike C.arrived promptly, explained what steps he was going to take, and then got everything done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and even fixed the pea trap. Best of all, the actual price was less than I’d imagined since he fixed the issue quickly. Thank you, Mike!

Our sewer line backed up through our floor drain in the basement. We called EP&D after being referred to them by a friend. They sent out Jake and his apprentice Nathaniel early the next afternoon. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Jake was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue.

Jake was great to deal with. Very pleasant to speak to. We appreciated that he took the time to explain what had happened, why it happened, a guideline for preventing it in the future and also took the time to show the condition of our main sewer line from the street all the way back to the clean out with his camera (thankfully it was in good condition which was a great relief as we live in an older neighbourhood with clay sewer lines)

Very happy with my experience with Expert Plumbing & Drains. Their service was excellent from start to finish.

First, I received a prompt reply to my request for quote to install 3x frost free bib hose connections (I reached out to 3 other local plumbing companies and none of them have even bother to respond).

Second, their quote was accurate and they booked my appointment less than a week out.

Finally, Dakota was professional and delivered a great result, even when faced with some less than cooperative old pipes. The result looks great and the job site was cleaned up well. Thanks Dakota!

Finishing up a reno and needed someone to complete our plumbing in the powder room. Got in touch with Danielle the office manager who was able to quickly set me up with a service visit. We were fortunate enough to have Jake take a look and immediately got to work. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job. We will definitely be reaching out again whenever we have any plumbing needs.

Aaron and his team are some of the best around. Reliance (yuk) initially came out and quoted multiple thousands to pull the shower and source our drain leak. Turns out a simple drain repair and faucet replacement was all that was needed. Thank you again to expert plumbing for their second opinion and flawless service.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am at the service that I received from this company today. Three days before Christmas and a house full of guests arriving for the holidays, we woke to find virtually no water flowing from the showers. While most companies were understandably winding down for the holidays, Expert Plumbing & Drains was extremely responsive and arrived within 2 hours of my call. Mike was the plumber on the case and, through a process of elimination, quickly isolated the issues and resolved everything the same afternoon. Mike was professional, courteous, and a diligent worker. I am happy to say that we now have water for the holidays! I would highly recommend Mike and this company for your plumbing needs. I contacted them for a leak in our laundry room and within 30 minutes jay arrived. He was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

These 5 star reviews must be for a different company?
I cant speak to their work as they didn't bother to show up on not one, but TWO occasions. First time waiting around from the 9am -1pm window only to get a call just before 1 saying they aren't coming. Flat tire. Sure. How convenient.
Reschedule today with the promise of "first thing" as we were left hanging the week before. Again.no show. No call, no explanation. Waited around the entire time frame they gave us and again no one bothered to show up. Unbelievable. Beyond unprofessional. Find someone else that values a customer's time. No thanks.

I contacted Expert Plumbing & Drains to install a cabinet/sink combo that I had waited months for my very busy partner to be able to get to. They were very responsive and arranged to come within a week to do the work. I was sent text confirmations at every stage including when they were heading to our location. Mike came and he was friendly and did a fantastic job! We are already planning to use them again and will let anyone we know about them. Amazing service!

Even with a early morning watermain break, they were able to still come to our house and install 2 toilets and a vanity. Mike was super professional, fast and very nice. He told me about the 4 children he has and 2 dogs. He broke down all the boxes and took them and the toilets with him, which I was not expecting. Our shower floor started leaking through our ceiling into our dining room so I started looking for a plumber online - we are new to Burlington from Toronto with it being too far for our previous contractors to travel and I had no idea who to call. I picked Expert Plumbing & Drains based on the amazing reviews and I am so glad I did. I sent them an email on Monday, they called me back the Tuesday morning and set an appointment for the next day. Our technician Jay was on time and super professional, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained everything to us very clearly. I talked with Aaron this past weekend about a leak under our kitchen sink in the wall area where pvc attached to copper drains. He was very friendly and responsive. He arranged a service call Monday afternoon. I was advised by text and email of the timing to expect, and even when a representative was on route. Jake arrived and was very friendly and efficient. The job was finished in good time and any potential leaks were thoroughly tested. I was a first time customer looking for a new plumber and was completely impressed with their service. I will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I was stuck.tub being delivered soon and lines/drain had to be moved. Aaron found a way to fit me in and they sent Mike (a great plumber with a professional demeanor and quality work). When I forgot something, they sent Mike back in and cleared it up.

Their name says it all.

The Expert Plumbing and Drains team have been absolutely amazing. We've had some ongoing plumbing issues living in an older house and they have been the only plumbers able to diagnose and properly handle our problem. On top of that, they are very professional and reasonable human beings. We will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing work and would 100% refer them to people needing plumbing work done in the area.

We bought a custom vanity for our laundry room which previously had only a washer and dryer. Expert Plumbing did a fantastic job running new copper lines and a drain in a very tight area. Will definitely use them again.

My call was answered after hours and the owner helped me determine that my issue was safe to leave until business hours - this no doubt saved me money!

Called this company as I had water dripping from my ceiling. We spoke to Aaron, who within 20mins gave us an appointment for the very next morning! (the dripping had stopped, as we had a leak/broken shower drain). Not only did they show up the very next morning as scheduled, they were earlier than what we were told! Mike & Parm came and did an amazing job! They fixed the issue, stayed until they were 100% confident that everything was good to go. Super quick & very professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well! 100% would recommend giving these guys a call for whatever your plumbing issue is. No job is "too small" for them to book you in for an appointment, and get your issues fixed. 5 stars!

We just bought a house, and it's a century old home. In the first week of taking possession, a cold snap happens and the pipes to the washroom freeze.

I called Expert Plumbing and Drains. Aaron was at my house the next day and his solution was both time and cost efficient.

I couldn't ask for anything else from a Tradesperson. Honest, responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and cost effect solutions. What more do you need. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the Burlington area.

Well folks, reviews do not lie. Holy smokes was this an amazing experience. I have been doing renos on my own and finally decided to hire some trades to come and help. I have very high standards and did a lot of research. The plumber who came to my place was JAY and let me tell you, not only was Jay a true pro, he was the most helpful guy ever. Out of all the trades that have come through, Expert Plumbing was the hands down best. Jay is a young guy, but don't let that fool you, he was awesome! Nice neat work, cleaned up after himself, really took the time to explain things to me. Highly recommend Expert and Jay!

I had a great experience with Dakota. He was knowledgeable, professional and took a personal interest in making sure my problem was solved. He put a temporary fix in place, then came back the next day with parts to do a permanent fix.

Mark came to look at our outdoor hose that was leaking. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and because of the nature of the issue (simple fix) they did not charge for the work. Jacob at Expert Plumbing saved me $3200. Just as my work closed and social distancing began. My basement flooded. Another company came in and did the opposite of what you would want as a client during a crisis. They tried telling me my driveway needed ripped up. Mike Cave was very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with the plumbing in my house. We had two facets with low water pressure and he diagnosed and repaired each one with no problem. What I found pretty cool was that although each facet had the same problem, they each had a different reason for the problem. Mike figured this out in minutes and had solutions for both problems. I am very impressed and pleased with this company and will use them in the future.

I can’t thank Aaron and Mike enough for the EXCEPTIONAL work they did to remove a block in my main sewer drain. I called them late in the evening and they responded immediately via text and phone. They arrived first-thing the following morning and worked diligently for several hours to snake out the drain, identify the problem with a camera (which they don’t change for), and then took the necessary steps to ensure the blockage was resolved on a long-term basis. They even took the time to fix a flapper in my toilet - for no charge. I can honestly say that I have not had this kind of thorough, professional, customer-centric service in a very long time.
