Absolutely the BEST price for the filters that fit my furnace, and I did a thorough search! Quick shipping and a question answered on the phone with no wait time. I was concerned that these might be after-market (cheap, not good) filters but NO they are legit, high quality, true brand (Aprilaire). I let my furnace service guy know too.he was thrilled, he can't even get them for this price from the furnace manufacturer!

False advertisements, poor customer service relations, and very misleading.
Ordered a humidifier filter based on the part number. The product showed up on the website. Proceeded the order and it turns out it didn't fit and it wouldn't be able to modify to fit. Asked for a refund/exchange and their customer service gave an option where they would pay for a portion of the shipping which never happened. Exponet Canada then only gave me a 70% refund and charged me for a 30% restocking fee. It clearly stated that it would be only 20% if they decided to charge. (ANOTHER LIE). ***WARNING*** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU YOU SEE THIS COMPANY SELLING ON AMAZON. They are a third party seller and you will not be covered by the great guarantee policy that amazon carries. Third party sellers are not obligated to follow the amazon rules. You will get ripped off and screwed over. Stay away from this company, HENCE the 1 STAR. If there was a true scale of rating, I would have rated this company a (-5) star. Poor service! Keep up the POOR SERVICE GUYS you deserve it. INCOMPETENCE TO THE FINEST!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Wrong items shipped. Was told to mail back, then refunded minus $25 restocking fee for their mistake? ! Out of pocket for $100, for shipping back and fees. Super rude customer service then blames me for their mess up. Paid a lot of money for a waste of time and nothing to show for it except an empty wallet.
