Alex called before he arrived he arrived at the time he said he would.

He is professional and dedicated to the task at hand ; he thoroughly assessed and explained the reason why my refrigerator was noisy and explained that the damper was defective. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained why it no longer works.

At an earlier date in time, months earlier, Alex repaired my dryer that no longer dried my clothes. He resolved the problem with the same professional process and with the same expert workmanship.

I am not giving this company 5 stars because they did a great job repairing my dishwasher. I am giving them 5 stars because rather than attempting a fix that may not work and billing me for it, the tech gave me an honest assessment that a new appliance would be a better choice. There are a lot of people out there that would have happily taken the money and not given such sound advice. I will look to these guys first whenever I have an appliance issue.

My experience was beyond terrible and frustrating. I first called the company to take a look at my wall oven on March 1st. They sent a technician later to my house who advised that it was a burnt fuse. The fuse was replaced by a technician. However, two weeks later the microwave wall oven again stopped working. I proceeded to call the company back on March 26 who later sent the same technician. It lasted for 2 weeks again and then stopped working. I called Express Appliance Repair on April 21st, and was told that it was within the 30 day service standard and that someone will call me back. No call. I called Express Appliance Repair in August and was told that I would get a call, I never did. I called Express Appliance repair on September 30 and was told that I would receive a call noon latest from the manager as the technician no longer works at the company. I did not receive a call.

I called today, October 3, and asked to speak to the supervisors manager. I was immediately greeted with hostility and instead of excusing the poor service and unprofessionalism, the supervisor proceeded to berate me and advise that the service standard is only 30 days after March 1.

Essentially Express Appliance Repair does NOT guarantee its service calls. Not only that, they will not call you back nor follow-up with clients.
