Mark is the best! If no one else can fix it, Mark can! I’m so grateful to him for reviving my daughter’s iphone. I took it to Apple store and they told me they couldn’t do anything or even if they could, it would cost so much, that it wouldn’t be worth it! My daughter was devastated. She had memories of a few years on there. Mark not only fixed the phone, everything is there as if nothing happened!

I was referred to Mark a couple of years ago and have been coming to him ever since! He fixed my cracked iPhone, ordered a new screen for my Asus laptop and I bought a refurbished MacBook from him a couple of years ago. I dropped my MacBook and it stopped working, luckily Mark was able to replace the hard disk for me and was able to retrieve all the data from it! And he replaced it with a better one so now it’s faster too. Everything was done super quick and always great communication if I text him with questions. After working on my MacBookPro with a cracked screen for months, I finally found Mark Li to fix it and he did a wonderful job. He is very reasonably priced and after one day he magically gave me a brand new screen. Communication was great, he texted a photo to me when he found another minor problem that needed to be fixed and asked for my permission to go ahead. As soon as he was done he texted me to pick it up. I can't believe it was fixed so quickly and that I held off on fixing it for so many months. I feel like I have a brand new laptop.

I was about to send my HP color laserjet printer to the dump. Very lucky to have come across EC at the mall. Mark is amazing, and cost was very reasonable. Can't tell you how thankful I am to get a few more years out of my old color printer. Highly recommended!
