Express Employment Professionals

I’ve been going back and forward with this agency for at least 6 months now, I’ve sent my documents literally 5 times and they make me send it again, not to mention i was told they found me a job and they will call me soon after receiving my documents, and they never did. What a crazy and careless service!

I’ve been working with many agencies in the past and never had to wait this long for a job that I ABSOLUTELY fit and eligible for!

So overall i would give zero star if I could for such a shameful and careless service and i would not recommend this company to anyone!

I’m sure there are many agencies who can find you a job in no time without lies and long wait time

This worst customer service ever by that mae/ may she claims to be the manager condescending. Does not let you get a word in & acts like you’re begging her for something. Absolutely deplorable service

This place plays games and lie, tell me and some people a week for a job assignment and it ends up being one day, or two. I had asked other workers at site if they where told a week and they got told a day or 2.these people will lie to you if it benefits them even the employers them self's told me this would be a day when i got to the job site. If u confront them about it they will offer u no work the ladies their have a high school mentality and behavior.

The staff is competent and friendly, they evaluated my resume and in a week I had an interview with a great company and in two weeks I was employed by a great company.

As a person who tried to find work with little working experience, I have found this agency as a gift sent from heaven. My messages are always filled with job opportunities, and everytime I need help, it only takes 1 second for express to pick up. I never had an easier time find work that fits my skills, schedule, area that I live in, and I've never had an easier time changing a job that doesn't fit my tastes. Finally if you are a good employee, you will find yourself with an increase in pay extremely fast.

This is the best employment agency in the world! They gave me a very good job with a very good company.

The staff are very helpful and professional especially the Manager May.

First I get an email then a phone call the following week asking if I would be interested in a job.
I phone the office the girl sounded like a teenager asking me questions, putting me on hold several times.
Calling me by someone else's name and then hangs up.
Nothing Professional about this place.

Horrible service. Doesnt respond to my messages when asking about shifts and are very rude over the phone.

Rude, Unprofessional behavior. Talked over the phone. Lady doesn't know how to talk. Never expected this unprofessional behavior from company.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending! May (who apparently is the manager) spoke to me over the phone, briefly interviewed me, and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing for me based on a 1 minute bio I disclosed over the phone.

I will be looking into this further with the government to investigate what’s going on with this non profit organization, and whether my tax dollars is going towards this kinds of treatment of others in need of help. If most agencies are like this, no wonder why it takes people so long to hear back.
