I am grateful to have a job through express employment that was perfectly suitable for my experience and education. Michelle at Express Employment helped me getting this job. She is highly professional and experienced in field of recruiting. I am truly thankful to them

First of all, I don't remember asking this company to represent me in the first place. I applied to a job through a third party site, and then Express Employment is all of a sudden representing me? It started off okay, and seemed like a helpful and personalized experience for finding work. However, the miscommunication between not only the staff and myself but also one another, has been patently UNhelpful. I think I was apologized to for what was bungled more than I was met with viable employment opportunities. I do not recommend them.

I got job from here because of Rabina, she helped me a lot, she is is very nice girl, she knows how to talk and what to talk, god bless you.

One of the few agencies that works for the candidates best interest. The turn around time in finding the right job, professionalism and mentoring are exceptional!

I am absolutely disgusted. Zero stars if I could. Less than zero if I could. This agency is an absolute DISGRACE. The WORST I have EVER EXPERIENCED, and I'm being nice by not using a different word to describe them. The employees could do with learning some basic MANNERS and people skills, because they undoubtedly have THE most unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, and incredibly condescending people working there, but I won't mention names, much as I want to. They would throw me a job maaaybe once or twice a week. Never found me any ongoing jobs (despite MULTIPLE requests), didn't even TRY to find me something in my field, and somehow didn't remember "I'm unavailable on [a certain day of the week]" even though I told them 12 times. TWELVE. TIMES. I honestly cannot express how much I hate this "employment" agency. It's almost criminal how horrible they are. Whatever you do, do NOT work for Express.

I would like to thank Michelle for finding me perfect opportunity. She is very professional and prompt to response. She gave me variety of options available for skilled trades and assisted me throughout hiring process. I would highly recommend her.

Great people to deal with. Will always find you other work if something is not the right fit for you.

Horrible experience. Some basic people skills would be handy for all workers at this place. If you are reading this it is your warning to stay FARRR away. Bunch of Ignorant people. Why say you are "there to help" and then knock people down like they aren't worthy of anything. Try calling and are told people will call back and they don't.big joke

I struggled with finding a job in my field of administration for a couple of months with no luck. I called David Holness at Express and within 2 days he had an interview set up for me with a great, established company that hired me directly! Very good employment agency, they will put you to temp or permanent work very quickly. Recruiters and staff are very professional. On time pay, always available for help, they have after hours phone number also. Over all a good professional agency.
Special mention of Brittany, she is very helpful.

I went into Express recently and met with Brittany. She is so professional and really cared about what I was looking for. I got a job and it's been pretty steady, but even on my days off when I wasn't needed she found me something else. The office is clean and very friendly, if you are looking for work go and see Brittany at Express Burlington. Her and the team will help you start tomorrow

Friendly staff that let's you choose your own shifts and hours. They send you to multiple factories around town. All around great temp agency!

Probably the worst agency I’ve ever worked for. Firstly, the job recruiters are very rude and lack empathy and people skills. If you are unavailable to make a shift, you will no longer have a job and will be belittled over the phone. I was injured on the job this January, and talked to other other temp workers who were injured at the same place. It turns out that one of the recruiters were friends with the one of the people at the business (Ovation Logistics), which is why they kept sending workers there to basically break their back. Finally, two recruiters were threatening to terminate me so i left. Best decision ever. Went from making 14 an hour of unsafe, back-breaking work.to making 19 an hour driving a forklift. Words of advice.there are many better temp agencies out there that actually care about their workers.this is NOT one of them.
