Express St-Hubert

Edit: went back for dine-in experience and still think the food is delicious:)

Love the chicken and St. Hubert’s chicken sauce. My favorite order is getting the classic rotisserie chicken with fries and traditional coleslaw:)

Had a pretty good experience from here. Loved their hot chicken sandwich, and the price was pretty decent for the amount of food it came with!

That’s 3 times I’ve had the worst customer service experience. I let it slide the first time, was disappointed the 2nd time but three times means you have a serious management problem.

We visit this location on a Saturday afternoon. The floor was like an ice rink due to a lot of grease on the floor. This should have been my cue to go somewhere else. There were many employees doing noting. Service was slow. Trying to find a clean table was challenging even with an empty dining room. Bathrooms were not clean. I also notice an employee blowing is nose then proceed to do work without washing is hands. This location is disgrace to all other St-Hubert location I know. I do NOT recommended this location.

Called to place an order for delivery but the person who answered the phone couldn't find and/or understand my postal code in French or English.

Ordered St Hubert Delivery. Very disappointed. The portion of fries that came with the meals was paltry and sad. Asked for 4 packets of vinegar and 5 packets of mayo. Got ZERO vinegar and 2 mayo. Ordered 2 traditional and 3 creamy coleslaws and got all creamy. Sad sad sad.

This has to be one of the worst run restaurants in the area. I gave them multiple chances, one time we only got chicken, nothing else, they gave me a credit for 1 sauce and a fry. Today, I ordered early to make sure it would get to me. I ordered online at 1: 39pm for delivery at 2: 45pm.it's now 3: 29pm and it's still not here. I called the 1-877 number and they said it was on it's way now (3: 15pm) I guess I'll see if it gets here. Oh, I should also mention, my delivery address is 5kms from the store, 12 mins drive. $80 order.what a waste. I will give them one positive, their driver is super nice and friendly

Staff in this place looks so depressed working there and the prices are out of wack. I ordered a chicken wrap which is small and a Poutine with no drink and it cost me over $20. But if you look at the individual prices for these items it come out to several dollars less. I ask about the price difference and Goodluck making sense of it. And I wasn't the only dissatisfied customer in there at the time.

Get to the drive through and apperently they dont have chicken. Its 830 not even closing time.

This is the worst restaurant ever! Super dirty! The dining room tables are never cleaned and the tray area is always full never space to place our trays. When I was getting my order taken they charged me extra for drinks for when I never ordered them. And had to wait a good 10 minutes for my order and once I got it the chicken was very dry and hard. My son ordered a lobster roll and it was around 27 dollars! This is such a scam especially for a small roll. Overpriced and dirty much more to say. I wanted to speak to a manager they said he was not here and they provided me this woman in a red shirt which apparently closest to a manager. I was very calm to her explaining the situation and she was being very rude and said "if you dont like it you can leave"

I am never coming back here ever again! I suggest you all not to aswell.

This is the worst St. Hubert location ever.
The customer service and general atmosphere is offensive. Very unfriendly, the food was late (waitress wanted to charge us more) and it tasted awful and we didn't get what we ordered.
Super gross overall! It's an embarrassment and I recommend management and staff get performance reviews a.s. A.p. Head office be warned! The seating was sticky and the washroom was filthy. No sauce btw. Never going back!

The dirtiest restaurant I've seen in a long time. Sauce machine is broken. Food was gross and they messed up our order. Rude staff too. Not going back!

Very dissapointed today, usually have had good service but today we waited over 20 mins for our order, then it was all messed up, missing fries, colslaw and no cutlery.and cold. Thanks to the cook though as he was paying attentioned and noticed us waiting, we even. Enquired twice to the front staff.

I want to followup and let people know that after posting this i was given an email i could further my rant. I took up the option and gave more context to St. HURBERT and i am appreciative of their reaching out and commitment to review practices and info the store.thank you

Mostly a good experience, the order flow from the front door is backwards and could be improved.

A pretty bit letdown if you ask me. Chicken was overcooked and dry, there is no way to order individual pieces of chicken (at a chicken place who would have thought), and the meals now don't even come with a drink? Avoid this one

I walked in here at 11: 30 in the morning and every table in the restaurant was filthy. We asked for someone to clean the tables as they were all dirty and I mean all. A young girl at the cash came to clean a table
She was told to be another staff member.

I won’t be back

This is not the first time that it happens to me on this particular branch. They often forget my soup that I paid for, and today it happened again. I don't know what kind of system they have but it's not working! I can't be the only one experiencing this.

First mouse fell from ceiling.second big order came in and and we store front costumer to wait 20 mins for meal.never again
