I arrived and realized that I had forgotten the requisition form. The receptionist gave me her email address and I had the form resent to the office. I was now 15 minutes into the appointment and hoped that they would be able to accommodate me. Thankfully they did. I had a technician name Pashmina who took excellent care of me. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Starting from the receptionist she had great customer service presence which help me to calm down because I was nervous. The XRay Technologies made me feel at ease I chuckled before I got on the table and after I got on the table. My experience was excellent. He also said please and thank you that's rare for me. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The staff weren’t professional at all. Even If you arrive on time, you wait so long while if you are few minutes late they send you away.
