Lady doing my pregnancy ultrasound was unprofessional and emotionless. She could barely speak english and did not let me know what was going on. Was extremely unhappy with my ultrasound and will never go back. The staff also speak their annoying language right in front of you. This is canada, speak english in a workplace. Unprofessional and rude staff, do not recommend

I been here a few times for various ultrasounds. The staff are all proffesional. In terms of quality of service, it depands on who the ultrasound technologist. Some technologist will take their time and do a great job. My last ultrasound felt very rushed and she quickly showed me the face body and arm of my baby. She also didn't even let me listen to the heartbeat, only showed me the scan of of the body. When I asked for a picture. It was so blurry. And she only gave me one. Usually they give two. I understand that they can get busy and have back to back appointments but we only get like 3 ultrasounds in our pregnancy in Ontario. I feel like they can atleast try their best to give a good picture of the baby and be a bit more considerate.

This place is sloooooow.ridiculous to have to wait 3 or more hours for an x-ray.how many breaks does a technician need. (Pun intended)

Had chest x-rays done by Matthew. He was so pleasant & efficient. Highly recommend!

I had my first dating ultrasound done here to determine my estimated due date and viability of my pregnancy. Following a missed miscarriage earlier this year, I was anxious for this visit - especially since I've had poor experiences at other ultrasound clinics in the past. The staff was amazing! I was called into an ultrasound room early, and didn't wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The ultrasound tech was very kind, empathetic, and professional during my visit. At the end of my visit, she called my husband into the ultrasound room to see our Baby, told us how far along we were and what our estimated due date is, and even gave us a free ultrasound photo (I know some places charge $5 for them). I know I definitely will continue to come here for the duration of this pregnancy for my ultrasounds.

My technicians were great! The only thing I would say was the masks need to go there are so many studies showing that they don’t actually do much of anything. A new study just came out today. Lose the masks!

Worst experience ever. Waiting 7 months for an appt only to find out no longer doing the procedure. Very disorganized clinic
