This place is the best. The receptionist is very nice and goes above and beyond. The tech is amazing and so friendly. It is a pleasure going here. I would recommend them 100%.

Very bad customer service!
I'm trying to get the appointment keep calling and no one picking up the phone, I go to the website there is no scheduling there is no link there is no timing to choose from just leave my name my phone number and the time I preferre and no one getting back to me please need to look for this matter.

Usually it's pretty good here for appointments. Today, different story, showed up first @ 8: 55am for my scheduled appointments @ 9am & 9: 40am. There was no other patients in the office. I was told Dr forgot to sign the requisition. She asks me to run over to the Dr's office for a signature which is across parking lot. I am back in 5 mins. Now there's 2 people in office who all get to go before me! Another lady comes in after me for same test & she gets to go first. I'm now here 45 mins! While I'm here she's on a personal call & misplaced my requisition. Not pleased!

Hoping the owners/medical directors read this. Went into get x-rays done at and was told that EXR normally has x-ray techs, but none today. Tech left at 4pm. Medical Imaging and no X-ray tech - Owners - you really have to evaluate what your business is!

No one picks up the phone either! I left with one patient waiting, and called them 5 minutes later.yup.too busy to pick up! Completely opposite of what I was told.that during the day it is too busy to pick up the phone, but the truth is EXR does not pick up the phone! What a joke.would not recommend this place, not sure they know what they are doing!

On Friday Jan/25/19 I had a 10: 00 am appt.for a Pelvic & Bladder Ultra Sound at EXR Medial Imaging 650 Kingston Road.
For this Test one must drink 1 litre of Water one hour before the Test as well as Fast. The test takes approx. 45 min.
I arrived at 9: 45am as requested.
At approx. 9: 55 am another patient was called in for the same test as mine and was told it would take 45 min.
At 10: 00 am I was told they were running 15 minutes behind.
At 10: 30 am I asked how much longer and mentioned that since they were this far behind they should have phoned me and told me to either hold off drinking all that water and come in a little later or they should have changed my appointment.
The receptionist quite curtly told me that there is no way they can tell ahead of time when they might run late.
So when I was finally called in around 10: 45 (the actual time my test should have been over) I was terribly uncomfortable and ended up having an accident placing me in a very embarrassing situation.
I then found out that one of the technicians doing this test had not come in to work that morning and that they and the receptionist had know that they would be running late at 7: 30 am.
This is not a simple Xray but one that can become very painful for the patient if appt.times are not kept, a situation that could be avoided by simply notifying the patient ahead of time.
This office is clearly not run in a very professional manner and doesn't show any respect or concern for it's patient/customers well being.

I had an appointment for 12: 30pm. I was told to come 15 mins early to check in. I showed up at exactly 12: 15pm, and the receptionist was on lunch. I have no problem with someone taking a lunch break, but do not tell me to come 15 mins early when you know you will be taking lunch. That is a disrespectful waste of my time.
Additionally, when I was done I asked if she was able to e-mail the report to one of my Dr's and she said fax or mail. I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was still 1993. So, I called my Dr.and asked what else, and he told me to see if they did CD's—side note, I still can't believe our health care system uses those considering most cars don't even come with CD players anymore—anyways, I asked, and it turns out they did. So why on earth was this not suggested to me when I first asked the options? Any service that makes you do the phone call and forces you to ask the "right" question isn't one with your experience or customer service in mind. The receptionist's name was Janice.
Furthermore, I have to go back two days later (which means next week because today is Thursday) to get the CD. I did x-rays and Ultra Sounds in Oshawa two weeks ago and they burned the CD immediately after while I was waiting, so I do not see why this place must be so different.

Good notes, the chairs in the waiting room were amazing, and I did not wait long. However, read the other reviews of people waiting a long time here, I think I didn't have to wait long because I was the first appointment after lunch, so maybe 12: 30 is the perfect time to go. But please do not actually show up 15 mins early if you do, it is an utter waste of time.

Horrible ultrasound experience for my anatomy scan. The tech was rude and when I asked about finding out the gender she proceeded to brush me off and say she doesn’t know why people want to know the gender and that they are normally wrong so there’s no point and that she would send some pics to my doc but she doubted it would be right.she also throughout most of the scan was like ya I’m not seeing things so you’re probably just going to have to do another one, then at the end of the appt she was like I don’t have any printer paper your husband can take a pic with his phone if he wants, what? And the picture quality on the screen was horrible, worst one to date. The whole appt was a huge waste of time, the only positive I have about this place is the receptionist was super sweet and the chairs in the waiting room are super comfortable.

I recently went to have my anatomy scan and it wasn't the best overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for any pregnancy ultrasounds. I had a room where the A/C was on full blast, I literally felt like I was in an igloo. The technician I had wasn't very pleasant and the atmosphere wasn't friendly. The screen she was working with, I couldn't make heads or tails of anything. Blurred images and when ready to leave, I was given one photo of my baby, had to ask for another. Overall, it was my biggest mistake selecting this place for my most important ultrasound of all.
