Initially the service was really great. This is the third time I am using this service, but now it has been super bad. It is hard to contact them by phone call. I am still waiting for the package and answer from them. Time stipulated for the service has already passed, and the information provided for the service was wrong.

Wonderful service, really patient and always ready to answer questions. They sent our dog to Colombia, it was the best rate and on top of that they manage to get a spot for my extra large dog. They also took care of my household items and send them to Colombia. They packed, wrapped my furniture (wonderful job) and sent my boxes, everything got well here. Thank you!
