Dr. Richards is not only an exceptional individual in terms of his knowledge, understanding and commitment in the realm of holistic approaches to health (holistic in the sense that the interconnected nature of various biological systems is not neglected).

He is firstly an expert in the physical and physiological functions of the spine, with an in depth understanding of the many repercussions that arise from issues within the bio-structural makeup of the spine.

The approach taken at the Extraordinary Life Chiropractic center is objective and analytical in nature, Dr. Richard performs his assessment and corrections based on data retrieved in the first place from an array of tests including physical benchmarks (Range of motion, grip strength, lung capacity, sit-stand), x-rays (to assess spinal alignment), thermography (to assess blood flow and heat patterns in tissues) and electromyography (to assess electrical stimulus of the muscle fibers). During the evaluation and each checkup, Dr. Richards offers clear and concise explanation of what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how he is detecting the issues.

I have been on my own health and fitness journey for many years, this has helped me begin to truly optimize my biostructural health based on objective information.

After the first treatment set (20 checkups), we noticed remarkable improvements in the range of motion in the cervical spine, a dramatically lower stress load along the thoracic region as seen in the EMG results, and increased grip strength.

I was skeptical going in to see Dr Jamie with my back pain, But he did the test he needed and X-rays to determine the root cause of the problem. He went over the results of the tests and X-rays with me and I couldn’t believe how severe of a condition my spine was in, he was reassuring he would do his best to help me. Dr Jamie not only help with my pain but has also open my eyes on how important spine health is in our daily life. I have also learned a lot since starting my life by design journey attending the eat by design and think by design class and I am now following the blue print and feel much better.
One last thing is my golf swing and batting swing has improved.

I highly recommend Dr. Jamie and his whole team. Life by design and the fit club gave me my life back. I'm a mother of 2 littles and I had put myself on the back burner for the last little while. I started experiencing alot of abdominal pain, back pain, dizziness, extreme fatigue/anxiety, tingling legs & hands, and crawling sensations up my back. There were days that I could hardly function I was in so much pain. I saw multiple doctors and specialists both western and natural to no avail. Dr Jaime has been wonderful during my time here so far! He is so knowledgeable on what he does and truly cares about each and every one of his patients! Extraordinary Life Chiropractic has literally changed my life. I have been dealing with chronic pain for the last 10 years. Every single doctor I seen never looked deeper, and they all diagnosed me with the same issue. The doctors ‘fix’ was always the same answer: pain killers and surgery; both came with their own risks and side effects that was just not worth it to me. Dr. Jamie took the time to understand what was going on with my body, and did the tests/scans to look deeper at what was going on. After only 2 weeks of treatment the pain was practically gone, and I can feel my body changing, repairing and getting stronger. No pills, no surgery, just a doctor who cared about finding a root cause rather then masking symptoms.

I was very happy with my experience here! The pain in my back is nothing in comparison to what is was before, and I’m sleeping better. They take the extra time right at the beginning to make sure they will be making the right adjustments, to fix your exact issues. It is unlike any chiropractor I have been to before. Their service is great, and I’ve never waited very long at all. It’s really an awesome place, and I would highly recommend them! My only regret is that I didn’t take care of my back sooner. The difference is huge!

Dr. Jamie has dramatically changed my life. I had 2 back surgeries, 1 in 2017 and 1 in 2019. I have been still in pain since these surgeries. My conditions got worse in November 2022. I could barely function throughout a day. I needed a cane or walker at this time. During the initial consultation I couldn't even sit in a chair, I was in a fetal position on the floor. About week 9/10 during corrections I did not need a cane or walker anymore. After week 12 I am able to some what kick out with my students. Dr Jamie and his staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like family.

When I first came to Extraordinary Life Chiropractic I was in desperate need of help. For months I had such severe sciatica that I was unable to work and had to take so many meds including morphine for the pain. My initial consultation gave me so much hope because I felt like I was getting the care and information I needed. Within a few weeks I was so much better to the point that I was able to get off all the meds and get my life back! I realize now the importance of the spinal system in achieving optimal health. Dr Steve is Awesome. When I started in June 2022 I had been dealing with sciatica for about 10 years, heartburn and limited ROM turning my head left.
After working with Dr Steve I now have no sciatica, full ROM in my neck and no heartburn.
