Window tint was done at this place, very professional and friendly. Great prices and even better work, I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Got my winter tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment. Very happy with the install, price and customer service.

They were able to find time fairly quick for MTO safety and it was done smoothly along with my oil change. Price is affordable as well

Update: I recently received a call from the owner of EAC regarding my experience there. He wanted me to give him a chance to make things right. I will admit I was hesitant at first as I had already booked an appointment elsewhere. I gave in and had the car completely on Tuesday finally. I am tickled pink. The Smart Fortwo looks amazing.

Theses guys went above and beyond. I told Brendon I would edit my review based on a second chance. I gave a 3 because it is based on my first experience also. It would have been higher if it was not for my first attempt.

I do recommend EAC for car tinting based on my recent experience.

1st experience details are below:

Called EAC more than a week ago to book a window tinting on August 10th for a Smart car. Arrived the day before to discuss options and was upsold to a ceramic tint and having a brow added to the original order. I was all in!

Had an 8: 00AM scheduled appointment, so I arranged to have the car left the night before so there would be no delay in getting started. I called at lunchtime to check on the progress. I learned the tinting was bumped to the afternoon. I was assured the car would be ready by close of business and that I would receive a call.

By 4: 45 I had not received a call and decided to go check on the car in person.

Arrived by 5: 00. Spoke with the agent at the counter. I was told the car was just brought in and they were getting ready to start. As there was no way the car would be completed by 5: 30 I cancelled the order.

I shared my disappointment and also why I chose EAC to begin with. I asked why the car was not completed. I was given several excuses.

I give EAC a F on the service they provide and suggest others look for a provider interested in caring for their customers.

Beyond satisfied with my experience at Extreme Auto Care. I called them to get an urgent MTO safety inspection done on a motorcycle as I am a student out from out of town. They were able to accommodate me and get everything done with only a 3 hour notice. Thank you Sam and the entire team. You have gained a new returning customer!

The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I have been there 2 times since getting my automatic starter installed.
1st time my car battery died which made my auto start needing to be reprogrammed.
That was an expense I wasn't expecting.
It literally cost me $60.00 for them to push a couple of buttons on my remote which is all they did.
I think this should have been done for free. I could have done this myself as the information is on the net but because my battery died I wasn't sure if it affected the unit itself.

Being a woman I feel like I was taken advantage of!

Second time was the batteries in the fob were dead and I didn't know if I needed a special tool to open it and didn't want to ruin it by prying it open.
They told me what battery I needed and I could open it with a dime. They offered to do it and the batteries they sell were way too expensive so I bought some from another store and did it myself.

I have never had a problem with the unit itself or the installation and feel that this is a business that I would recommend for a remote car starter.

Gotta give these guys a 5 star review for customer service.

Brought my car in last summer to have an axle back exhaust put on. I noticed today that one of the sides was loose and hanging.

I stopped in on my way home from work to see if if could schedule a time to get it fixed. They had some free time and took it in right away.

It needed a new clamp and the Mechanic centered the exhaust tip even better than it was before. At the end he said no charge!

Great service and great customer care. I'll be going back to weld it all together to avoid this from happening again, and will definitely bring my car there for everything else.

I have had no problems with Xtreme before. I loved dealing with Corey and the Zac. Seems as though they are no longer there now.: (

Since then, I’ve had my car looked at twice for squeaking and creaking from the suspension, only for them to say there isn’t anything wrong with it. Fast forward to 4 months later and it’s still doing it.

Have now gone for a second opinion.

Super frustrated.

My car starter fob was not working and my auto dealer suggested I go to Extreme. They were super friendly and helpful. Changed the battery for a new one and got it working again. No charge!
So happy to have it working for winter. Just a small thing but meant a lot to me.
Also I wanted WeatherTech floor liners in a colour not readily available. These guys tracked some down for me, and had them shipped to the store.no cost to me.
Exceptional and friendly customer service.

I got a remote car starter installed on my truck this week and the service has been nothing but AWESOME! They were able to book me in for an appointment at a reasonable time and met each deadline along the way. My family has used Extreme auto for various truck modifications, and has received great service and excellent pricing every time! Staff are all masked and made sure to keep their distance (just incase this may bother someone).

I had a ceramic coating done on my new car and Extreme did a fantastic job. The car looks better now then when I picked it up new at the dealership. Staff is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend Extreme Auto Care.

Brought my Mercedes-Benz in for winter tires and they did an excellent job. Saved me a lot of money too - their total price for wheels AND tires was cheaper than the dealership's price for only the tires. They were surprised by how large the rear brake pads were and had to order different sizes but they were able to get 4 other rims and tires within 1 hour! The front desk guys are extremely polite, helpful, and know how to get things done. The black rims look awesome too.

The service was remarkable and on time. They were ready to answer any of my questions. I feel that as a woman I can trust what they say. I would recommend anyone to auto extremeand their team.

So glad I chose them! Brendon and Cory and guys did an awesome job on my tint! Couldn't be happier with the service price and result!

Brought my car in for regular pre-winter maintenance, firstly the counter staff was great they worked with me to get an appointment date that worked best with my schedule and the work itself was done in amazing time I was in and out in under 2hrs would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. I was a little sceptical about having my car worked on during this Covid time but they were very professional in spraying my vehicle down before returning it as-well as they had used covers on all the touchable items in interior such as the steering wheel and shifter.

Awesome place that really knows their stuff. Owner does not hide. Actually comes out and talks to clients.

I booked an appointment over a month ago to have winter tires mounted on rims and installed. No issue with appointment booking. Easy and simple.

Dropped my car off at 7 in the morning the day of the appointment. Called to confirm at 10am that the car would be ready for pick up at 4pm and was informed that it would be no problem.

Showed up at 4pm and they hadn’t even started. No courtesy call, no notification, nothing. Told me it would then be ready by 6pm before they close. Thankfully the car was ready right before close.

When I went in to pay, keeping in mind this is during COVID, not a single employee was wearing a mask. Five employees all huddled around the desk chatting not distancing, no masks despite their mask requirement signage on the door.

Hard to recommend this place when they cannot provide timely updates and does not appear to follow the recommended health regulations

They tinted my car window 5 years ago and for some reason it kept peeling. The good news is they replace it for me for free every time and the staff there is very friendly.

First detailing. Excellent. My car was dirtier than it’s ever been! They also installed my roof rack for me for a reasonable fee as I’m too short! Though they’re happy to drop you off, the one disadvantage is they don’t pick you up at the end of the day. (And bus service sucks). Thank god for Uber. Great place! Will return for sure!

Can’t say enough about these guys! I was sent to them on Hyundai’s recommendation for an auto starter on a manual transmission. From there, they won all my business. Many thanks for all the great service Corey, Zach, and the rest!

Great Customer service. I had remote car starter installed here 11 years ago. I brought my car back here today to have them fix the starter because it was having some issues. They fixed it without any charge. They advised me, it had lifetime warranty. I had no idea about warranty. This is some old fashioned honest customer care. Thanks guys.
I will be going back there for any future needs even though it's at the other end of the city.

Dropped my wrangler off to get the two front windows tinted. Staff was very nice when I dropped it off and was promised to have it by noon. Got a phone call just before noon saying it was ready so I went to pick it up to now find out that my leather steering wheel is all scratched and scuffed up and there’s a Fresh ship in my drivers said window. Brought it to the attention of Cory who said I’ll have to speak with Mitch (manager). I drove back that afternoon to show mitch the damage. He then told me to speak with will (owner) the next day. Tried calling will for two days. Was told he’s not here. Or he will be back in 20 minutes. Phone back and get told now he’s gone for the day? How unprofessional. Then I get a call from Mitch in the end saying the he has spoken to the window tinter and to will and that will has told him that they aren’t doing anything about it and that it’s my problem. And that they take pride in there work and BLA BLA BLA. Pretty much telling me that it ain’t there issue and that there window tinter doesn’t weaar a wring so it can’t be him. I then asked Mitch if he could have will give me a call when he had the chance and mitch told me (NO he doesn’t wanna speak with you it isn’t our problem.) Worst place ever stay away. Don’t waste your time with this monkeys.

They charged me $56.50 for repairing a slow leaking tire valve.

I got my wheels and tire mounted week ago. I realized my tire was losing pressure. They asked me to come back to get it fixed.

When i went there i was presented with a bill of $56.50.

These guys are thives and taking advantage of the customer.

-They failed to identify the problem in first place.

- i was over charged. It was too late for me too back out as was told at last moment i will be charged and was handed this bill.

- i waited 1 hour and 45 mins to get this fixed even though i went there early morning.

Becareful with them.
