I have been suffering with a concussion with memory problems, migraines, and double vision for over 2 years. I recently moved here from Hamilton. I wish I would have met this team alot earlier, the patience and understanding is unlike anything else in the medical field so far. I work with Amanda, she takes the time to explain everything to me, even through my tears. I highly recommend this team. Dr Kinkaid is wonderful, the receptionist's who are quick to shut the lights off before you ask. I wish I could give them 10

I had a great experience at the clinic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, Dr. Kincaid is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding to my medical problems. Definitely recommend to anyone their service!

I would highly recommend Eye Associates. My mom goes here often due to ongoing eye issues, and Haley has been nothing but amazing to her. I also recently got a routine eye exam with them and they are great! Every employee I encountered was super friendly. The intern (I don't remember her name), who did my exam was very thorough and very friendly. Dr. Kincaid is also great, and answered every question I had. 10/10 would recommend Eye Associates.

I was going to Dr, Cobean up until about 7 years ago. I recently went back to him. I have asked myself several times why did I choose to go else where. He knows his stuff, professional caring. They are all exceptional and make you comfortable. I will never go else where, again.

My experience was they were thorough, flexible, personable and very informative. When I bought my second pair of glasses they did a quick check up to make sure my prescription hadn't changed. Today, through some luck and a lot of hustle from the staff, they were able to have my son's glasses ready the same day he was prescribed them. Great people here!

I booked an appointment in February of 2022 specifically stating that I wanted to discuss my options for scleral lenses. I was given an appointment with Dr. Arsenault. At my appointment after completing a routine eye exam I was informed by Dr. Arsenault that they do not do scleral lenses, she told me that she would provide me a referral to a location near Toronto which does provide this service. I was then sold some dry eye drops. While this was incredibly frustrating as it made my appointment completely useless and they could have informed me when I contacted them originally that they could not help me with scleral lenses, I bit my tongue and accepted that at least I would receive a referral to someone that could help me.

It's now 10 months later and I have not heard from this office once. I still have not received my referral. If it were not for insurance I would have paid for absolutely nothing of value from my appointment, as it's nearly been another year that I have continued to suffer from uncorrected vision when I could have been dealing with another provider who would actually help me with what I need.

If you are considering this location for your optometry needs just be aware that these are actions which they clearly consider to be ethical, and make your decision accordingly.

After many years this doctor finally went all in and gave us the help we needed with our blepharitis.we have been harming our eyes with the advice others gave! Not to mention the horrendous struggle we've had twice a day for so many years. I am very optimistic about this treatment regimen.
