I have been at this location twice this year and I am satisfied with the service we received. Good range of frames to select from. Professional customer service and enough time spent with customers to select the best options. Expedited product delivery: took one week to get two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses ready. For those having insurance, easy process to claim expenses.

Our first time at Eye Optical Markham location and I’m very impressed with their customer service both from staff and owner. They took the time to let us try on different glasses and explained the options of lens and frames.
Will definitely make this our Optical place going forward.

Because my glasses need to be adjusted, so I searched the Google for optical nearby and enter this store. Nice customer service! Nice people! They spend the time helping me and didn’t even charge. They also give me brief instructions of the glasses, and kids eye program under OHIP. The staffs make me feel friendly. Highly recommended!
