Have been visiting this place for many years for my eye check up. Professional and courteous folks at the reception and they do provide timely reminders for your appointments. Dr. Melissa Ings as always does a great job with eye exams in a very calm and professional way. Quite satisfied with the overall experience.

Staff will treat you in a RACIST, UNRESPECTFUL, AND DISCRIMINATIVE way. If you are Muslim or non white, they will treat you very badly especially the receptionist "Christine".

We’re very satisfied with the Customer service although frame choices are limited in this store.

The prices for the lenses are not bad in comparison to the other ones in kanata.

We would definitely choose this location whenever we need a new pair of glasses.

My first time going here, since my previous optometrist retired recently. They performed retinal imaging procedure on me without informing me it was not included in the regular eye exam. Charged me $50 extra for it. Management has not responded to my email about the issue. Recommend staying away from this place.

This is a fantastic place with amazing staff, selection and prices. Will be going back there again soon since we cannot find the same frames for my son close to us.

Nathalie helped me pick out a pair of fantastic looking glasses within my budget. She was patient and helped me find what worked for my face, with honesty about what worked and didn't. I wish she also did fashion consulting:)

Dr. Wu is very knowledgeable and friendly. She skillfully and efficiently did a thorough exam of my vision, while ensuing my comfort. She took the time to answer my questions, and assess my prescription changes. One of the best optometrist appointments I've experienced.

Called the number for this specific location given on their website. Asked if they had a certain thing in stock. They said they did they even said the correct brand for example. Came right over and they do not even carry it! (They also gave me the wrong store hours).

This was the best optometrist experience of my life. I was greeted warmly, treated with respect, given a thorough examination, had all my questions answered, and came away feeling completely satisfied. I will be a loyal customer forever.

My father, in his late nineties and with very limited mobility, needed new glasses. Eye docs Kanata visited him at his residence to evaluate his needs and again later to properly fit his new glasses. It was a lovely experience for him. The staff was professional, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend EyeDocs Kanata.

Excellent service! Went multiple times to have my glasses adjusted and they were always helpful and accommodating.

Seems the location and staff are nice based in reviews. I just don't understand why they charge eye exams double the price of other locations.
