Eyes On Church Optical

I am a long time customer of Eyes on Church and have experienced nothing but excellent service from the courteous and knowledgeable staff. Let weekend, I put staff to the test. While out of the country I accidentally stepped on my glasses with full force and my glasses appeared to be bent beyond repair. The hinge was completely twisted. I wish I had taken a photo. These glasses were my favourites and not that old. Staff cautioned me and then took the time to assess the damage and using a slow and meticulous process, my glasses are now repaired. This is what I call exemplary service.

Strolled into Eyes on Church to look for a new pair of prescriptive glasses and sunglasses. Mo, the store manager was so accommodating as I tried the store’s numerous high-end selections, but alas I couldn’t find what I was looking for on that day.

However, the next day, Farhad, the store’s proprietor contacted me and said a pair of Tom Ford glasses with magnetic tinted clip-ons just came in, which he thought would be perfect for me. I loved them and purchased them immediately! Talk about caring for the customer!

It was a pleasure dealing with them. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends!

This store has a great selection. I bought a pair of sunglasses and frames for my reading glasses. I am pleased with both and certain that I won’t run into anyone wearing the same. Customer service is also great. They give your space and happy to answer any questions you may have.
