EZ Airport Parking

Could i give zero stars? They charge you in US dollar first of all. Second, i show up to the lot and theres no vacant spots. They send me to valet saying they will take care of me there.fine. Then i get home from my trip to find out I am now paying valet’s rate + what i paid for this scam of a lot. Ive emailed for a refund with no answer back in a week. Will never book again.

Booked on “find parking” and there were hidden fees that were not sent for several days after the booking. When I called to confirm they said they fee didn’t apply to me but when I arrived they charged additional fees that they said didn’t apply to me when I called. Very tight parking spaces and a long wait for shuttle.

Unreliable drop/pick up service. Takes more than 1 hour for drop/pick up service, you might miss your flight if you depend on these people's shuttle service. Moreover the customer service is very rude and unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone call doesn't even have basic etiquettes of how to talk to customers. She spoke like an uncivilized animal

Booked my reservation weeks in advance and paid. Arrived prior to my flight and they had no parking available. Along with a few other families that arrived at the same time I did.

Don't waist your time and money. After calling them 3- 4 times it took almost 1 hour to pick up us from airport

I'm not sure why this has bad reviews. My parking experience was perfect. I might have got one of the last free spots. But we parked, paid a head of time, the shuttle came within 10 min. And our pickup was great. Although I kinda had to sit on my wife's lap.

I can only say honestly and wholeheartedly: don't spend a dollar of your hard-earned money here! The place felt super shady when we pulled up, and it took almost 45 minutes to "check in" due to lack of staff and lack of clear signage for the several dozen people in line. We also had to leave our car keys, which I've never had to do in a decade of short- or long-term airport parking. The shuttle van was absolutely disgusting and literally falling apart at the seams. No commercial identification on the outside of it, either. The instructions for arranging your shuttle pick-up are nothing short of confusing at best, and incorrect and misleading at worst. When we arrived after almost two weeks of being away, we couldn't get through to the office. Calling, calling, calling. All we could get was the automated machine. We finally called the national toll-free line and they wouldn't help us, or give us any way to contact the office either. We eventually gave up calling for the shuttle and spent $15 on a taxi. Fortunately, the office was open. But it was clear they didn't care about running the shuttle or forcing customers who had already paid to take taxis back to pick their vehicles up. After reading other reviews for this location (and others they apparently manage), we feel grateful to have picked up our car, and with no damage. I would never use this service again or recommend any of my friends or family to use them.

This place dont deserve this much negative reviews. I parked for a week and everything went glitch free. For the price you pay its more than good. I think people are tired and frustrated when they land, pick up shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive, not bad at all. Staff just need to polish on their customer service skills a little bit and you guys will rock. Just park there and enjoy your trip with few extra drinks with money you save. Cheers!

Avoid this place. Unless you like to deal with very Rude services who drive insanely Crazy! They lack courtesy & professionalism. You wait without reason. You get ignored. Then you hang on for your life.: then ignored again. Maybe be professional & maybe get tips. From us. You get Zero. Same with the NU hotel tour hooked up with. Never Again! It’s surprising you all have jobs!

Worst experience ever. We are still waiting for the shuttle which was supposed to pick up us 2 hours ago. Trying to contact the management and we are being kept at hold for 2 hours. Zero star is my actual rating. Don't waste your money and time with these lethargic people.

This service is mediocre. They come every 20 minutes. Watch carefully for the name on the van. There are multiple small logos. They infrequently pick up calls and it drops oftentimes.

If I could give less stars I would. Prices on the app are in USD. The staff don't communicate well. Wait times are extremely varied. Don't waste time with this.

I don't see 0 rating, Otherwise I would have give 0 rating. Worst service, won't pickup calls and provide shuttles. Me and my wife were standing outside the airport for more than 2 hours. Better to park in other places. They charged 73$ in my credit card for 4 days and Invoiced copy provided for 43$. They are cheating customers and also Canada government. I have all the evidences with me.

4 minutes from terminal, but 45 minute wait for shuttle. Then lied to us: said it was busy, but place was deserted. Claim open 24/7, but staff hardly ever there. Terrible!

My bad for not reading the reviews first! This was the absolute worst and most frightening experience of my life
1st - the parking lot is so crowded it is almost impossible not to hit another car
2nd - you have to leave your keys in case they need to move your car
3rd - I was asked to sit in a 1/2 broken down white van for 10 mins until they chose to take me 2 blocks- however, it was a 30 minute terrifying drive, obeying almost zero traffic laws.
4th when I landed - the call to have the shuttle took me 15 mins to figure where to go as the messages were contradictory and sending me to 2 different possibilities
5th I waited 40 mins to be picked up in the same van and the driver was even worse! We drove 100kms/hr throughout the parking lot and tossed and turned through the ride
6th- I was not given a paper to show when I got back- seriously thought I was not getting my car back
7th- could barely get out of the parking spot
I cannot even believe this place is still in business- it’s terrifying. I would pay 4 times as much to feel safe

Absolute trash of a company. If I could rate 0, I would. Landed at pearson and was told to call upon arrival at post 17. After calling a dozen times, finally getting through and being put on hold. After 15 mintues, they hung up on me. Needed to take a cab to their location. This company shouldn't exist and I would avoid it like the plague. Will never be giving them my business. They should be ashamed of themselves

OMG, these are the worst reviews for any company that I've ever read. Perhaps I won't park here after all. Seems EZ has done nothing at all to improve and 684 reviews almost all say the same thing.

Well, the reviews are right! They let you waited for an hr or so before they pick you up. Lets see how are car will be when we get there.

After returning from my trip, I was told to stand at post "D" so I did. I waited close to an hour before the driver arrived. He showed up and i told him i was waiting for an hour, no apologies, nothing. With EZ Airport Parking you certainly will get what you paid for, I sure did!

The staff is very nice. The process is easy. You have to give them the keys after parking.

Good price but you get what you pay for. If you use this service expect delays in finding a parking spot, in waiting for the shuttle both to and from the airport. Add 45 mins to your expected arrival at the airport and coming home and you'll have a better experience.
