They don’t respond to email enquires. Isn’t it basic customer service to at least respond… tell me you don’t have time for my lame gutter repair so i can move on. Anyway i moved on, found a responsive company to fix it, and you should as well. That is all.

It was easy to deal with Vlad at EZ Windows - fast communication by email and text, price was fair and the eavestrough and downspout inspection and cleaning were completed thoroughly. Vlad took photos of the gutters so I could see what had been done. I will certainly use EZ Window Cleaning again and highly recommend them.

Vlad was very professional and did a great job, cleaning our eavestroughs for a two storey house, levelling a gutter, and clearing up blockages. Gave me an honest and practical answer when I asked him whether I needed gutter guards- we may not, let’s wait and see what next year looks like. He was easy to contact and arranging a visit to estimate as well setting up the clean up appointment was well done. Price quoted and charged was good value. He also helped our neighbour with needed work.
