If I had the opportunity to go back and never even hear about ezee credit I would. I went in because I had no choice and went to sign a agreement for a truck at a good interest rate and at the last minute as I was signing the agreement they boosted it three percent! So if I could give no stars or negative stars I would! The truck has been written off and we still owe in their eyes because they didn't negotiate for a full coverage. We still owe money. DON'T GO HERE! Unless you wanna give your first born and pay out through the a$$! And then they'll try to get you into another lease because they don't finance! Despicable!
Oh and by the way they begged me to take down my first negative review and I did because i'm a nice person. Not this time.
New update, they will also take you to court. Which they did and now we owe court charges on top of it. So go ahead, easy credit cut me up publicly on here. I don't care. People need to know the truth about you con artists. Hope karma visits you.

And there's the answer in legalese. I wouldn't have gotten the truck if I wasn't trapped into having to get it because of that mazda p o s we got! You also know the story on what happened there. And we did contact the Insurance company and they said it was up to you. So we were doing what we were told. And then finally, when we were turned around and trapped again by your company, we just decided to give up because we are the little guy. But it's up to people out there to use their own brain. I know what we went through with you guys and it was hell. And that's why we didn't get another vehicle with you. Plain and simple. Buyer beware.
Doesn't matter, we found better vehicles elsewhere and didn't get screwed.

I have worked closely with Richard, who worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The leasing process was made simple and understandable and Richard has always taken my call, for even the silliest seeming questions, and answered them to the best of his ability.

My 3 star rating, however, is due to the way I have been dealt with by the lease administrator on my account, Carrine. After getting overcharged on one of my pre-authorized payments, I phoned her to get the situation rectified. I was argued with on the phone, treated like a liar and never contacted by her again with any updates, forcing me to further bother Richard about issues that do not fall under his purview, as Carrine completely stopped contacting me, or returning my contact. Now, almost 2 months later, I am still fighting to get reimbursed for part of the overcharge, and have been told countless times that my lease administrator should be contacting me with relevant information, yet no such phone call has been received. If not for Richard working tirelessly to try and rectify this as a third party, I would have absolutely no idea what is happening on the financial end of things.

I chose Ezee Credit, as it seemed a good way to rebuild a tarnished credit rating, while getting into a vehicle that I love. However, getting overcharged caused other bills to bounce in my account, having the opposite effect and impacting my credit score in a negative way. I hope that this lease administrator figures out that the way I have been treated by her is no way to work with a client.

I've been dealing with ezee credit (action auto) for about 4 years now my credit wasn't the greatest when I went in and they put me in a car within 5 days of first walking in now I did a trade in for a newer car and they were very fast and efficient at getting me what I needed and wanted I would highly recommend asking for Richard he did an amazing job of getting me everything I needed all the staff there are great and help out where they can with anything you may need.if you need a car and have bad credit they can most likely get you into something fast and at low payments

Incredible experience, no wonder the company just won an award! I dealt with Richard who was so kind, so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Efficient and thorough, he can never leave because in 2 years i’ll be upgrading and I only want to work with him! But the entire team is truly incredible, they take absolute pride in the work that they do and the customer is not just a number!

It was a very cold blustery winters day and we were out desperately looking for a car to replace a car used for commuting to work. The one we had was on its last legs. We arrived at the lot and began to brush the snow off the cars that might fit our needs. Ten min in the frigid Cold searching the lot …. And out the office door, all bundled up came Tess to our rescue!
The service never stopped from there. She invited us in to look at the website, we did a search and found a car that may work. No appointment needed Tess suggested we test drive right away.
Out into the cold again Tess brushed off two cars to test. A VW Jetta 2015 (very low mileage) and a Chevy Cruze. The Jetta stole our hearts and we bought the car that day. Some financing was needed but that wasn’t a problem either. Within a short amount of time that very day the paperwork was signed and the deal was on its way to completion.
Tess happily followed up during the week to smooth the process of getting everything ready, to pick up the new to us 2015 Jetta with new plates and all. All cars on the lot under 100 km, no accidents and come with a one year warranty is a very good selling point.
Something else that really stood out for us that even though Tess said she was very new to this job she was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and went over and above to help us get what we needed. Amazing all in one day service no appointments needed, fast and friendly what more could anyone ask for. Oh and it’s a great car! We love it! Thank you Tess!

I went into Ezee Credit with an idea of leasing a Truck, but to also continue leasing a car that I had been leasing already and to give to my Daughter for University. The Sales lady there, Madison, was very helpful, she made sure the paperwork was all in order, talked to the Financial staff to sort out payment options and even to insist on a test drive of the Truck I was looking at. Bad credit or no credit, they WILL get you in a vehicle! As I tried multiple dealerships, no one gave me a shot. I called Cristiana at Ezee Credit and she was SUPER helpful from the get go. She took the time out of her day to spend close to to hour on the phone BEFORE even meeting in person. She Instantly asked about ME and MY personal situation to better asess and understand my situation and they ways she could help me. She wasn't at all pushy and made sure that whatever deal was made, would not only help my credit, but make sure I don't get screwed over by high weekly/bi-weekly payments. These guys are NOT your average dealership. They care more about the person, than the price tag, and that in itself made the whole car buying journey that much easier. We thought it was impossible to get a car due to some problems when Covid started, but Madison told us right from the start that she will do everything she can to get us into a car! It wasn't the car we wanted however it was within our means and we can upgrade in a year after a year of good credit! And let's face it, a vehicle is better than nothing, it turns out we all enjoy the car after all especially with the gas prices these days!
