Amazing customer service and overall experience. Came out quickly to check on our malfunctioning furnace and gave good practical advice, along with all of the possible options. Gave the best price for a replacement furnace (I shopped around) and were here within a couple of days to install it. Installation crew was courteous, professional and did a great job. Left the workspace in great condition and were finished well within the expected timeframe. As an added bonus, they even reached out a few days later to submit a rebate request for the new furnace on our behalf.

Honest and punctual. They couldnt help me with my older model furnace but they tried and didnt charge me for service call but they diagnosed the problem. Also didnt try to upsale. Good company and i appreciate their effort

Huge problem with our dryer vent- couldn't find or determine if there was a blockage. Brent and Matt were able to pinpoint blockage with minimal openings to our drywall. Teamed up with Power Vac to clean out vent. Super job! Excellent clean up after. You were lifesavers for us.

This is an unusual review in that it's being written by someone who DIDN'T get a furnace from FACE. It's a review from someone who researched and got quotes from 7 different places and ended up with two identical fair quotes from two firms that displayed integrity, knowledge, and care. In the end, the other firm got our business due to a personal connection I had been unaware of when beginning the process.

Brent was courteous, open, and flexible. His quote - when you take into account the proven quality of FACE's work and their manner of business - was extremely fair. I have NO hesitation in recommending them and would certainly advise anyone reading this to include them for consideration when you are having work done. A smaller caring firm that gives personal service? Worth speaking to!

Brett was here for servicing of my furnace and it was a quick and seamless experience, and well within budget. I will call him again in future as the need arises!:)

Nice guys. They repaired our electric furnace a couple years back with no issues. Called them again this year when we had no cooling. Since our heat pump was at the end of life we decided to replace either just the heat pump or or both the heat pump and electric furnace depending on compatibility and rebates available.

After being told they would have to look into compatibility and rebates we never heard back. Contacted a few times to see what was going on because of no AC and it being super hot out. Said they were still trying to figure it out then they ghosted us ‍️

Ended up going with another company and replacing the whole system and getting back a big rebate.
