These guys definitely should not be in business. They say they made a mistake by having and item priced on sale and don’t honour the mistake instead they are just rude. Definitely would not recommend this place!

Not a lot of items available. But there are great deals available. Cheaper than most of the electronics stores

Good deals. Depending on what your looking for. Refurbished products sold here and brand new items. I bought a refurbished phone here and a chrome book. Many more items also.

If u want cheap products but u don't care about brand & reliability then this is the place for you

Would not recommend at all. I purchased two humidifiers for my home, brought them home and found that one of them was missing pieces on the water tank. The humidifier cannot be used without these pieces, so I went back to the store to exchange the one for a different one. When entering the store, I went to the front counter and waited approximately 5 minutes for the cashier to finish with another customer. I was then directed to the back counter for the exchange despite being the only one in the store. No big deal. So I walk to the back counter, wait patiently for about 15 minutes for someone to come help me exchange the item, but no one came. The front desk cashier wasn't busy serving anyone, and didn't call for someone else to meet me there. After a few more minutes, I left the humidifier with the missing pieces on the back counter and took a new one off the shelf. I went to the front desk and explained that no one had come to help so - I wanted to leave the one I returned at the back and leave with the new one. The cashier said that's fine after giving me a confused look. I brought my second humidifier home only to find it's also missing pieces (different pieces). I was unable to check the contents of the box due to lots of "Factory Refurbished" tape all over it. I called the store and explained what happened and asked if they can ship me a replacement as I had already driven 30 plus minutes each way four times. The worker on the phone said that they couldn't and proceeded to get upset with me once I explained the front desk worker said I could leave the first humidifier on the back desk and leave with the new one. He stated that's not how their exchange process works and blamed me for the issue. I explained that it was not my concern as the customer that their staff didn't know proper procedures. I ended up going to Factory Direct in Brantford to do the exchange a second time where I opened the box and ensured all parts were there. Overall Factory Direct Kitchener gets a 0/10 in every category. The item itself was defective twice, and service was terrible, the follow up phone call was rude and condescending. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Wouldn't give my money back for a broken AC and instead gave me a different one when I wanted my money back. Will never shop here again!

This place used to be OK. It's since gone down hill in the last year or so. I would stay away from ordering online they are absolutely the worst place to do business and lesson for future never dealing with Factory direct ever again.

Very wonderful service, i was helped by a strong handsome bald man who carried a TV and AC to my flatbed.very professional as when i offered for him to get in the truck and come back to my place he declined and continued working
However my tv wasnt as good as i expected which is why 3 stars

They're a great place to check if you're a techy, do-it-yourself type. They have some rather unique ideas at reasonable prices for many items around the house.
Kind of a cross between Canadian Tire and Best buy but they carry also items that neither of the others has plus refurbs of electronic products.

Refurbished? Liquidation world? This is re-junk. At the end of the day. You'll wish you bought new in terms of TVs, PCs and LapheaterTops. The speakers sound like tin bins and tablets shut off randomly and fng over heat, Most the products are rejects. One pro though. Cheap memory cards.

This store has the most incompetent employees I've seen in my life. I called almost 2 hours before asking for an item with the EXACT SKU and they were charging me $10 more than it was on the site. The cashier was acting extremely rude and extremely defensive towards her employee to the. Insinuating I'm getting mad for no reason and making a big deal out this when they aren't valuing my time and mocking me when I had a problem with their customer service. This absolutely isn't how you treat a customer and the customer service and attitude I'm getting from this employee was completely unwarranted. I will not be going to this location any longer as long as people like this are working here they can fizzle out with their atrocious customer service for all I care. Avoid this store like the plague.

The place has many low budget gadgets. But i find the place and its products low quality as when I bought a heating fan from there, and the fan was tripping and blowing my fuse. I had to return the item. But they wont refund the item but only in store credit. I am not saying everything is low quality but most of the products. I felt this way about the place.

Shelves are getting aliitte bare. Younger staff again. Losing pre orders. Frustrating having to jump town to town to collect your purchase

Factory Direct always has many different products for sale at unbeatable prices. Hands down one of my favorite stores to go to. Also, I'd suggest signing up for their emails. You'll get a weekly flyer with their most up to date sales. Every week I get an emailed flyer, its kind of like Christmas lol. Its THAT good! You won't regret checking this place out, trust me!

A fun place to stop into to just see whats there. Doing a Factory Direct + KW Surplus run is always a fun time and you can find decent prices on decent & even unique things.

Great Prices on Brand New and Like Brand New items, Friendly Customer Service. Tidy store, and an awesome selection of hard to find Snacks, Candy and Chocolate.

Vary dissatisfied with the customer service at this location waited almost 20minuts for a staff member to do a price check then they told me they forgot to check.they checked agean took way to long i ended up checking myself all this hassle for a 1$ item i was determined to purchase for my little one i will definitely not be returning

And retailers wonder why people shop amazon. Drove across town to buy a toaster oven. There are about 6 shoppers and 4 staff in the store. I pluck the item I want off the shelf and walk to the checkout. Kid at the register is working with a customer on order of 3 cell phones which is taking some time. There is a staff member counting coins from another register. Another staffer is standing there chatting. Couple more people line up behind me so I finally ask if someone else can check us out. Blank stare and a nope from the 2 staff NOT helping a customer.

My potential purchase is placed on the floor and I depart never to return.

Mostly good Deals. Refurbished stuff sometimes conks out or can be otherwise problematic. I have bought a lot of stuff there over the years.
