Factory Direct

Bought an A50 phone on Sept 30. Returned on Oct 01. Huge problem getting anything to load and phone stopped working. Apparently there was a small crack under the screen if held at a certain position under the light. News to me. The manager was rude which set me off. I left the store out of pocket $259.00 including tax. Went to a reputable dealer at White Oaks mall and got a brand new A14 for $280.00. With a warranty. So i am out $259.00. And a buyer beware feeling from Factory Direct

Awful customer service. Disgusting place, don’t use the washroom, you’ll be traumatized. I would be afraid to bring anything into my home from this place, wouldn’t be surprised if they had bugs. Will never in my life be back.

All kinds of things in one store, I can easily spend an hour browsing around for everything from electronics to appliances to housewares. Great prices and a sale flyer sometimes entice me to buy something, even if I don't really need it, but hey, that's why I come here. Right?

Recently purchased a "recertified" TV from here and was happy with the experience. They brought the TV out and set it up and confirmed everything was working before I checked it out. Would definitely consider buying here again.

Really Excellent staff especially at the cash the girl is so nice here. The guys in the back were helpful also, really nice stuff here!

Management is; Care-free, Brash &, sadly, Uncouth (literally was unclean in appearance, office was in SHAMBLES).

Products sold are good though, at good prices.

They didn't accept return for Covid-19, laptop has system problems (any half an hour turn off) i called them few times and explained to them have only 14 days to return, employees said doesn't matter you can return when we are open, today i went to store and they said we can't accept return because it's over 14 days, i told them and they didn't accept, the only thing they did, will send the laptop to factory and they check + if they'll fix it may cost me some boxes, you guys tell me very cheap customer service

Back in the days of competing with X's cargo, it was amazing. Now I would go with a list of items from the flyer, this market area is changing because of competition. Customer service can be good, be aware of return policy or warranty and don't rely on it unless you've bought an extended warranty.

Great. Nothing fancy but knowledgable staff had what I needed. Owner if you are reading this the ventilation system near you electronics section is way to loud for your employees and customers. Prolonged exposure could lead to hearing damage even if you can't notice it it slowly does this. I know margins may be thin but buffering the noise will save you in the long run.

Treated me very well when I wanted to exchange an item. Will definitely make this my default Factory Direct store.: v)

No matter what you purchase from factory direct it will either be returned or thrown away. Save your money and spend that little extra to get a quality product not something returned and refurbished that they sell here. I dont know how this store has been around for so long.

I love this store I bought my old tv from there and my new tv too and I never had any problems with their refurbished products.

If you’re visiting this place, you should be aware of couple of things. First and most importantly, the prices. Incredible prices! If you buy same stuff from Walmart, you might have to pay at least 30-40% more. I get that most items are refurbished here, but they’re almost new, like really! Plus, they allow you to check the products as they have a trial area where you can check your electronics.

I bought RCA TV on black friday, on the back, the seal tape was used, so tv ia not brand.new. And remote "ok"botton not working

Always you can find good deals, but you have to be careful lots of the products are refurbished.sometimes it's not working perfectly, returns policy is very tight.

It is a good place, and a lot of there electronic devices are very good prices. I just noticed though about the actual store that items could of been organized better and the store could be cleaned a bit better.
