Good store to buy electronics if you know what you're doing and always buy at least one year warranty on all electronics purchased. I've heard other people say they buy stuff in their brakes but I've yet to experience any such thing, it's usually all refurbished or C stock items unless stated otherwise.
Nice place, although some things are expensive some are very reasonable cost got a case and 128gig SD card for my new Samsung galaxy S20 5G and I'm happy with my purchase.
Literally the worst experience at a store i have ever had. They said they didn’t have the tv that i ordered and then told they did actually and then told me to come in store and then wouldn’t let me purchase it. Awful experience and will never even look at their website again
They are selling defective area rugs that have misprints on them. The items are wrapped and sealed so you don't realize they are garbage til you get home but apparently they say they are "irregular" in the description in the store. At the bare minimum these rugs should be unwrapped so customers can check out the defect. Shame on the cashiers and managers selling garbage for $90 a pop.
I really like this store that was my 2nd time, i will definitely be going back! Lots of everything @great prices! N not the same stuff as everyone else!
There's an employee with glasses there that wouldn't exchange my tv that I bought there was defective I think they need to have better exchange and better staff the one on hiring church ducks I would never go there again
This is the first time I am in in Factory Direct and purchased a expandable garden Hose. Customer service was superb and the helping guy deserve a ton of appreciation!
Always a good selection of products that are unique. I've purchased most all of my electronics from Factory Direct without any problems. Brand name products without the big box price. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Terrible service, I called ahead to check if they had something I was looking for, got there, it took 15 mins to get to talk to someone then he had no idea what I was talking about then he says I'll go get the person who you were talking to and never came back to me. This place is a joke. Don't go if you don't have to.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Just unbelievable. The store manager is absolutely the worst person you can deal with she on a power trip.
Factory direct is a communal place with friendly workers and good quality electrical + more but the prices I find are a bit higher then the following stores with mostly the same item

Update. I started shopping online with them so I dont have to deal with the bad customer service and ended up still having to deal with them. Needless to say i will not spend another dime with this company as long as I have to deal with this store.
Nice clean, organized store with many good deals. Often though, they are out of stock of flyer items that most other stores out of town a long distance away have in stock. Nice that if in stock online you can order and have it shipped to the store for free pickup.
Purchased a Hisense H9G television from here last week. I was initially very wary of the stories I had heard about Factory Direct in regards to their refurbished televisions but the manager made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and set aside the TV for me as soon as they were in stock.
Television came in a beat up box but was otherwise packaged nicely and securely. Picture quality is fantastic and I was able to get it at half of retail price. Very happy.
Didn't have what I was looking for on the floor so the CSR searched the product and the price for me right away and retrieved it from the back. Good prices, fast check-out, safe shopping.
I bought a wireless mouse from this store. I read the package completely, it did not say that this mouse needs a battery and there was no picture of the battery on the package. I asked the seller at the time of purchase, can I return it if I regret it? And he answered yes! You can bring it for ten days and give it back. I came home and saw that a battery was embedded in the package and I would have to buy a battery for that mouse every time. I was dissatisfied with the purchase. So I went to the store again. Unfortunately, they did not accept it from me and. When I explained to them that I wanted a mouse without the need for wires and batteries. The management of this store forced me to buy a more expensive mouse? ! And he said this is the only way for me. I was very upset by this behavior. In my opinion, the customer should not be pressured! What should a customer do if he does not have more money? In my opinion, either the management of this store should reconsider. The behavior of the employees or its supervision should be more. This was my first bad shopping experience.
Like the place because of it's low price products. Not all the items are cheap though, I had to shop it online to check the price before I bought from this store.

Don’t get anything shipped to your house or store for pickup it takes way to long coming from 4 hours away. If the item is in stock just go there. Also customer service is bleh some ok some just straight need to find a better job
