Bought a surface tablet. Was told it was grade b (light scratches) I accepted this. Apon closer exam at home realized one of the scratches was a hairline Crack under the glass of the screen.went back next day.their immediate answer was it wasn't like that when it left. The salesmen wasnt even consulted to ask if it was noticed.they refused to help and put blame on me.buyer beware this is Not reputable company

I am quite pleased with the customer service here, we had been searching for a while for a decent priced L shaped desk and they had a floor model they gave us a great deal on. We got a monitor they tested in front of us to make sure all worked, one was broken so they gave us a different one and checked still to make sure it worked. We will be coming back!

Customer service was excellent. Good prices for things offered. It's like Honest Ed's of electronics stores.

Change your hours on your websites. You got so many different operating on each and it's inconvenient when you think it's open till a certain time and you get there and it's closed.
