Factory Direct

Factory Direct always seems to have the phone, laptop, or iPad cord I am looking for. They have a ton of cool items for sale, many have been factory refurbished to "as new" condition - but at a fraction of their original price. Enjoy!

Return policy stinks. All you get is a store credit. You are forced to shop at their store to spend your money, and you have one year to do it or you loose your money

Good selection. Website is accurate to inventory. Very friendly staff. Don't hesitate to give them a visit.

Update*** The company prices are often higher then the big retailers and return policy's are laffable. Would recommend Walmart, Amazon, Treasure hunt or thrift stores before Factory Direct:)

There are lots of miscellaneous items for home and office. Good prices. It's a great place for home decor and small appliances.

Awesome experience at Factory Direct! We were in a rush to find a cable that we lost and they had them in stock for a very fair price. Staples was 7x more expensive (and not in stock)

Michael helped me find a perfect phone as my previous phone was KIA flying my drone. Michael and the team are awesome.

I bought a bunch of stuff $900 worth of things.and at checkout I was told that I have 10 days to exchange or refund back to my cc. The tab table we got, was too big when I went back I was within my 10 days and was told no we never said so we can’t do anything except store credit! They denied what they told me and I was told the only way I’d get a full refund is if it’s broken! This doesn’t make sense it’s unopened untouched! What am I supposed to open it break it and refund it! I don’t appreciate this service what so ever! I’m someone who came and didn’t spend a small amount I spent $900 and to get this customer service experience that’s too ridiculous and shows how customers are under appreciated at this store! What a shame!

Well the STARBUCKS DARK was not offered as the sale price only Medium roast - so read the FINE PRINT - got Nyeay with a dark & will make my own blend! The sales gal/cashier very sweet & helpful

Mike from factory direct is awesome! He helped me buy a new TV. He was so polite, very patient. He was quick, efficient! Even helpful towards his colleagues! To put the icing on the cake, he helped me put my tv in my car with ease, without me having to ask. Factory direct is lucky to have him. Thank you Mike.

Hands down one of my favorite places to buy almost anything and get a great price. The customer service is also fantastic.

I had wonderful customer service at the Niagara Factory Direct location on Sunday the 22nd. A lovely gentleman named Michael provided us with five-star service - he didn't even sell us a product, as he informed us we had a cable at home that would do the trick, and he still made a timely effort to follow-up on our at-home installation and ensure everything was running smoothly. He very easily could've 1) dismissed us, and 2) sold us another cable to make another dollar. It was the highest level of customer service I have experienced when there was no product purchased. That being said, next time I *do* need something, I will absolutely be coming by to this location:)

Horrible selection compared to other locations. And the manager needs to learn to not talk public about employees so customers can hear

I remember the good old days when factory Direct was 90% electronics and computer stuff and 10% toasters and lawn furniture. Despite that, there are a lot of these stores in many cities that don't have any other form of discount refurbished or discontinued things. These days, any family member can find cool things to spend less money on than they would at Walmart. I love walking the aisles.

You can find many electronic devices in this store. No matter how much electronic equipment you need, the current prices in this store are a bit expensive, but get it. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly towards customers.
