The staff including the manager's are dangerously irresponsible. Useless customer service. The worst people ever. I know life is tough nowadays but these people are Useless and miserable. They don't care about their customers. I wish the worst for them for being bad characters.

They putting wrong price on product when you go on counter they ask price out of moon.even you show them on shelf they don’t listen.

This is a store with a very poor organization. Their electronic section is also very small. Most of the staff are really inflexible, but I was lucky enough to speak to one gentleman in electronics who helped me figure out the specs of some of their offerings and helped me make an informed decision. This interaction is the only reason i gave 4 stars when I would have found it difficult to give even 1.

Got a phone here @ the Kennedy road did not have it less then 3 months ago and the volume stopped working on it so take it back thinking it was less then 3 months old that maybe that th ey would Exchange it for me but no way
Got to send it out to see if they can fix it but now going over a week with no phone but will not buy from them that, s for sure not happy camper

Love this place for special electronic deals, also for masks, gloves and hand sanitizier. Buy a lot of computer-based goods, antennas and wall mounts there too. A fun spot for deals.

I bought a keyboard and it didnt work after i git home. I went bavk abd tge staff exchanged it and now it works fines. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I limited myself to the electronic section but the selection, while not huge, definitely provided me with options at a good price range. Staff was actively helpful to myself and other customers present.

God electronics store to visit, even if you are not tech-friendly. Staff help the patrons navigate the store. There a variety of good deals on common electronics.

Good if you find a lucky deal on their flyer like a big tv for cheapo, but most of the other stuff is pretty useless. It can be a hit or miss on something like a microwave and they only accept exchanges. So your stuck buying something else there.

Very disappointed with customer service. Took TV in for repair, they had for a month and issue still not fixed.

Not much of items there in my own judgment. It's not that big and it seems items are pricey there too.

Ok. Staff was helpful, safe and maintaining social distancing. Mask is compulsory to enter in the store. But they are short on inventories. I went there for solar lights, but find very few options. So okay!

I recently had attempted to shop at factory direct however I was disgusted with the customer service that was provided. The Store Manager Joell was a prime example of a Manager abusing his authority. Me working retail for many years I couldn't stand to be in his presence. I observed how he mistreated his employees by inappropriately "touching" them especially towards the female staff; absolutely disgusting. I asked him a simple question about the return policy on my item and he spoke down to me as if I was "dumb". I immediately stormed out the store. If anyone knows the number to call to report his behaviour please let me know!

No social distancing being practised.
Everyone is just walking in freely, store was super crowded. The cash out only had one register open. I walked in, saw how crowded it was, and left.
I gave it a two stars because they offer good deals

Very kind and helpful staff. Was helped by Samantha to find a Chromebook and it works like a dream for under $300. Also spoke to Tansha who was very sweet, and a very nice tall associate whose name I didn’t grab. Always come here for my electronics and knick knacks, and always leave happy.

Very grateful that they are so helpful during these difficult times and make time for each customer to address their individual needs. Fantastic Canadian business!

Horrible Customer Service. Was not informed that my online order was ready for pick up. When I called they told me it had been there for 2 days but they forgot to let me know. They told me it was ready and I could pick it up. When I went to the store and called them from the parking lot, they told me it would be “just a moment”. They left me on hold for over an hour. I then waited in line for 45 mins to get into the store. They told me that they must have forgotten about me. Spoke to the manager, he said there was nothing he could do because he was not informed. Will never ever shop here again, the level of frustration and sub-par customer service is not worth it!

Very bad management, the current manager has no mannerisms and not a people person is skills are not good for even the zoo industry.
Thank God, the store has a hardworking intelligent Assistant manager, Samantha, she is awesome and runs the store taking care of customers like her own family.

Rude, lacking product knowledge. The storw has gotten dirty of late, looking more like a flea market than and electeonics store. I only go there to buy adapters and wiring, and then only because it's not that far from home.

Poor quality toys, not refurbished but broken. Discovered after opening the box at home. Buyers be aware. Kind check before you leave the shop as they don't give you refund, and will be forced to buy another item or a credit from the store.

I keep getting drawn in to Factory direct. Sometimes you just impulse buy things you really don't need. But at the time were cool.
You get what you pay for. Unless you're paying a lot don't expect anything to last very long. Inventory is very difficult to find things and customers love ripping this apart at this location. So inspect what you're buying before you pay. A lot of times things are missing. (Parts, screws ECT.) so check before you buy.

Honestly this place has pulled up its socks you can actually get refunds now and the place doesn't look like a bomb went off still some work to do though but I like what I see

I was shopping for laptops and this is not the place to shop if you're not sure what you want.they are short staffed and not the best at dealing with customers.

Went to the brampton location to get a stand up oscillating fan box seemed sketchy but got it hours later when I got home to assemble found out that it is missing 1 of the poles now I must waste more time and money to go back and replace you know I will be checking box before leaving store

This place is a nightmare trying to get customer service. Trying to buy one charger cable, waiting 20 minutes for one of the idle staff to come over.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is messy. Selection is somewhat limited, depending on what you are looking for.

A hidden gem in the strip mall but big treasures found inside. Many great deals on electronics and small appliances. Tv range from 399 to 1000 for a 75 inch! Be prepared to dig in to find some good deals just have patience as deals change weekly.

Items on sale are not available, website shows stock but none in store. Inaccurate inventory management

Factory Direct sells defective phones. I purchased a iPhone 7 on Boxing Day, and by the end of January the audio stopped working. I went to the apple store and they said the phone had a screen replacement and Third-Party parts

We were waiting for 15 minutes for order pick up in store and 3 staff members were busy talking and not concerened about attending customer

Good deals on electronics, but beware, their policy is 10-30 days exchange or credit. You can buy insurance on you electronics though.
Plus I would not recommend buying cheap brands like Polaroid, RCA, but stick with Samsung, LG, Sony.

Very wide selection of refurb items. Prices are great. There are times when the wait is a little longer than usual. But I guess that’s the price you pay for having good deals.

Not the best location. They had sd cards on sale in their flyer I went the first day and in the morning of the sale. Was told that they didn't have any. I was asked if I would like to order them from another store. I said yes I would like 2 of them. She called around and said that they would be in 2 days. Collected my phone number she assured me that she would call once they arrived. Its been 4 weeks and no calls. The staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. Factory Direct obviously doesn't care if you receive the items you want.

Staff is not friendly or welcoming, ifu ask them something it is like you are bothering them. Spend your money where you are appreciated
