Terrible service overall. Dishonest. Don't bother getting a warranty it's a complete waste of money. You people are NOT doing me any favors by giving a "one time refund" for the warranty you lied about. You said it would cover my repair but you denied my request. Now I'm stuck with a $700 broken TV. If I can give less than 1 star I would. I hope whoever is reading this considers never giving you guys business. I hope you end up losing more more by not leaving the customer satisfied. If you are considering a TV you should just buy a TV at Best Buy or even Walmart instead. You guys are trash. I don't respect you as a store or franchise.

I had a recent experience where I had amazing customer service and a return that was made very easy. The prices are good on refurbished electronics. Staff are very friendly.

Great staff amazing help right down to the guy on his break still coming over and asking if I needed a hand loading my truck.and I wasn't parked near the store I only knew because of his shirt that he worked there

Always friendly staff always great deals love dealing with the store. Be careful check to make sure it works but you are getting a discount.

Much better service than previous visits. Seems like the problem person has been removed, that being said prices are high, more so for being beside a Dollaramma.

This place has so much stock, yet the products are very dusty and not care about what-so-ever, the employees wore no masks let alone gloves.

Poor service the employee was selling us a fitbit without its charger, glad we checked the box before purchasing, took him 20 minutes to put in the box after going in the back room to get the charger gives us the product and I had a feeling he was being unprofessional.

Got what I went for, then found out that I didn't need it. So, had to return the original item. Easy to return WITH receipt. (I forgot mine and had to go back home to get it, but that's my fault.)

Much better than the old location at midtown. I personally love electronics and gadgets. The factorydirect flyer and emails always have some bargains. Be aware lots of refurbished items. Sometimes they don't work so be very aware of the return policy. Its not ideal to be polite

Bad customer service they are really Rude and won't ecnolage customers who are asking for assistance in finding things

Some good deals and good quality items, mixed in with some less so. Always get great service with putting large items like tables into the car.

The people who work at the store is disrespectful, disgusting and rude. No respect for customers including management. I returned my items after five minutes of purchase.

I've been in to Factory Direct a few times now. I haven't always found what I'm looking for but the staff has Always been helpful & friendly while I look. The prices are good too.

I bought something on line from factory direct a week ago but I never got an email to confirm my purchase and when I called Oshawa location it was personal phone had no space for message. I sent two emails but still no response from this company. I won’t buy again from these people. I hate to see there is no customer service.

It's not a quality store but they have a decent selection of random stuff. Employees dont really go out of their way to help you, you have to find everything on your own and it's a bit of a mess.

This place is a rip off for tvs they say they are refurbished but they are not and they will not honor manufacturing warranty

Nice store but returns are slow and difficult. No money back on returns unless your a member even with a gift receipt. It will need to be a great deal before I return to make a purchase With computer tracking I have a hard time understanding why returns are so difficult. The only reason is to make it a pain on customers.

The manager and workers at this story were extremely polite and helpful with my web order. I had problems with the website initially and the timing it took my order to get to the store from HQ/warehouse, but the workers in this store did everything they could to help me.

Tried to return a product today that I purchased three days ago. I was told I needed to buy a membership to get my money back or I get store credit

Worse place to purchase headphones they dont replace if you don't like. I went within 2 hours. They said they cant. So dont waste your money there.

Love this place! Pick up refurbished goods from the the manufacturers at outlet/discount prices. Everything from blenders to Bluetooth.

Today I went in before work just to check it out and I was harassed by the staff to give them my backpack. I carry a back pack like any other woman would carry a purse but yet dont ask every lady walking in store for their purse I do not feel comfortable leaving my life pretty much with some stranger. To make this short and simple. I will not be going back as I am unable to shop with my bag which holds my wallet. Smh

It's a great place to go battery's, USBs, SD cards, tv's, electronics, toys, kitchen item's, and a small amount of other items.

Attempted to buy an air conditioner.apparently I wasnt allowed. Asked three associates if I could buy one from the back (none were on the salesfloor), not once did anyone say I could nor offer to grab it so I could purchase it. After 20 ridiculous long minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere.as I was leaving an associate offered to go get the air conditioner. I wont be returning.

The employees at your Oshawa store are completely incompetent, in particular the manager which stood there giggling while 20+ people waited in line with only one teller open and no AC, on one of the hottest days of the year. We will NOT be shopping here again.

Unable to do a full exchange or refund without becoming a member. This makes all sales final, regardless of functionality.

I've had good and bad experience with this store. Much of their product is refurbished. Sometimes even when they tell you it's new, it isn't. They don't always refurbish stuff properly either. If you are lucky, you can find some really great stuff. Otherwise, buyer beware.

The best place to get any computer related products. Canada computers in Oshawa always has a warm, inviting staff that has a vast amounts of knowledge pertaining to technology and how things work. One of the, if not thee best technology store in the Durham region.

Tried to use a credit we had with this store. Cashier tried to put the purchase through using our “ insider plus card” which had the credit on it. For some mysterious reason the computer wouldn’t put the credit through. We were asked if we would like to pay another way- NO!
Called customer service head office & spoke with Stephania. She took the details, called the Regional Manager & called me right back. I was asked if I could return & if any issues call her. Returned to the store only to be told the same thing. While the cashier went to get the manager, I called Stephania. She contacted Regional manager who called the store. While the conversation was going on between the managers, another sales girl rang the credit through on another computer and it worked. For some strange reason the computer the first girl used rejects the Insider Plus cards. Will not return.

Bought a floor model hoping itwasnt going to ignore the new/in box refurbished.to factorystock as before i gotit tgebootload mustve incorrectly erased the pevious lunch break bang bros grande finale. 70$ for viruses sneaky.but a more tolerable o.s for maaginf severity over time.but still kinda bummed.:/

Good prices, but be careful. Some of what they sell is junky so you have to know what to buy and what to pass by.

Cheaper electronics, usually refurbished. You can also shop online and download coupons through their webpage. Unlocked cellphones. The location is a bit rough, I don't recomend using the public washrooms in the mall.

Needs a better return policy since you will most likely need to return product several times b4 you get something that works

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, keen to help with any problems. I found everyone there to be very honest. I had an issue with a purchase and the manager a firm but fair and extremely charming young lady was able to resolve my issue with minimal hassle and in record time. No fuss no muss! Overall I give this location a gold star for customer service! Will definitely be going there again for some of the best bargains in Durham!

Great value, good products, although some refurbished products are hit or miss. New store policy if you choose, no longer have only store credit anymore on returns made within a week. Keep it up.

I purchased an iPad Air 2 32GB in Nov 2018 as a Christmas gift for my grandmother. Unfortunately, on Christmas Day upon her opening it, we realised it was a defective product. I had high anxieties about trying to return it to a store that sells refurbished products. I was very surprised and truly appreciative to the wonderfully kind employees and manager whom were all more than happy to turn this negative situation into a positive! Not only did they gladly take it back and return the money, they also offered to give me a call the minute they had another in store. I was able to return the following week and was given the same ($50.00 off) discount that I had oringinally purchased when this item was on sale in November! I feel that the manager there was very kind, helpful, and professional! She was able to take care of everything for me!:)

They have an option of paying 10% of cost price and take an year warranty of item purchased.

Well stocked shelves of quality products. Clean, with some deals or sales on odd items. The attendees are willing to help as best they can if line up isn't too busy. I've found obscure cords for all electronic components, cheap memory cards of quality for example, whereas other item seem pricey. If the line up is too big, it does take a little extra to cash out. Great location, open and bright ambience.

Store wasnt just messy it was very dirty, disgustingly so. Prices were really hard to find and there was hardly any staff around. Doubt i will go back
