Very helpful and they happened to have the best price for what I was looking to buy. I did check out Vision and Best buy but for half the price for refurbished and a one-year warranty, it was a great deal for me. Good luck and happy electronic bargoon hunting.

Ridiculous experience. Nothing scans the correct price and they don't believe you when you tell them what the price says. Then when you go get the price tag on the shelf to prove your point you lose your place in line.

Do not order from them. The item I wanted was in stock for like 2 weeks. I ordered it the first day it was available. 2 weeks later they ship me half my order. I called them and this guy tells me we only had 2 company wide. 2 company wide really buddy? When you guys have restocked this item twice now? Why keep it on the website? Then tells me he doesn't know when it will be back in stock we keep everyone on backstock. Why don't you email and let me know what's going on? Don't trust them.such terrible service.

Factory Direct on Dundas (Mississauga) very rude employees. They used different languages between them to talk about you in your face.

Their return/exchange policy is better now but products are not even at a refurbished level. They are just bad. I exchanged an iPad air 4th gen that I bought from their Hamilton branch because it had scratch on the screen. The one that I got from this store has a malfunctioning battery. The money that I thought I was saving by buying refurbished products has actually gone into driving from one store to the other because each store has exactly one piece of iPad air 4. Now, I'll either have to drive to yet another store that's 1.5 hours from where I live or just get the refund. It's better to buy a new product. Horrible experience overall!

I strongly do not recommend buying from this store they will give you a warranty for 3 months only then your device will not work next month. That is what happened to me when I bought a TV LED (450 CAD) from this store and it stop working after 4 months also when I bought Air condition (500 CAD) it wasn't cooling well. They bought stock carbage and low-quality items from factories with cheap prices then sold to you lower than 10% from market prices so don't feel you are clever or will save money when you shopping her. They are fake

When I visited Factory Direct recently I was disappointed at how the store itself was laid out. As soon as you walked in, the front area of the store was totally empty, while the bulk of items was deeply set in and not in any kind of order. Not only that, they lacked many of the electronic items I was look for which they have stocked before. I certainly hope they build up their stock or many of their usual customers are going to elsewhere.

Terrible location with lots of COVID-19 active cases. I can’t believe this store remains opened the management and the staff don’t care about customers, or staff.

For most of my electronics needs, I buy brand new or refurbished items here at a low price. Go to their web site to order.

No real issues with the pickup counter and usually most items in stock. Fairly quick to get orders ready and they seem to even be helping people that just walk up to the door. People need to realize that there's only one door and one cash register and there is no moving faster, we'll all get through this lol.

It was a very clean store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside was there was very few prices on the products.

Has some pretty good deals on refurb items. But it’s a bit annoying when the items on the flyer is not available in store. Better to call ahead before taking the trip.

Overall it's a decent store, you can get amazing deals on electronics, staff are friendly as-well.

Great deals at this location, recently got a Christmas tree for a good price. The staff are pretty attentive here and the store doesn't seem overly busy anytime I am there. Be sure to double check any electronic items you're getting. A lot of the stuff is refurbished or has been returned by a prevous customer. I once bought a USB remote and it was missing a piece. Went back and the replaced it no problem.

Do not deserve to continue business with empty shelves, uncooperative staff, un tagged items. Always found Advertised items out of stock

Great selection and prices. Large variety of speakers and chargers. Plan your visit as there can often be a wait for the checkout or assistance

I had the most terrible experience with the manager samiyah. How is she even a manager? You guys need to fire her shes rude and doesnt know what she is doing. I will never return for this reason. And I purchase hundreads from this place.

Great location, everything you could want, I've gotten air conditioners, office chair, android boxes, there there are huge TVs Garden supplies a great place for electronic buffs, gadgets they have it all and Certified Refurbished. With Warranty

Flyers came out today with ACs. Went to Dundas and Dixie location to get one and they said they didn’t have any and seemed surprised by my request. (Btw this was the day the sale started). Why advertise when you don’t have the product? Disappointed.

Terrible customer service, I have shopped at many other factory Direct outlets and have usually had a decent experience, however.the staff in this particular store are just completely hapless or uncaring or both. I couldn’t get info on a product I was about to purchase, the clerk was too busy discussing his weekend on his phone, when I finally got an answer it was completely incorrect and led to me returning the item the next day.a complete waste of time, the assistant manager was aloof and rude. If I could personally boycott this store I would, this place needs to clean out their current employees and start over!

Very good store if you are looking for brands at cheaper price. Good variety, I recommend to purchase the extended warranty since most of the products are refurbished.
