We came to Factory Flooring to replace the old floors in our new condo. Shane was a pleasure to work. He was super knowledgeable about his stock and was very patient with us as we required approval from our condo board in order to move forward which required delaying the original date of the job.

Grant and Mark did an amazing job with the flooring, worked super fast and completed the job on time. They even extended the flooring into our walk-in closet in the master bedroom which we didn't originally ask floor. It looks amazing and is quality work. The only minor issue is that some of our doors aren't moving freely as before with the new flooring but overall, no complaints. Will definitely work with the Factory Flooring team again! Thanks again for breathing new life in this condo.

Stay away from Shane. When Shane arrived for the inspection I informed him that baseboards need to be installed after flooring is installed. Shane acknowledged this and I assumed that this additional cost would be included in the quote that he sent me via an MMS. So I was surprised when the flooring guy turned up to install and told me that he wouldn't do the baseboards. I called Shane to enquire about this and in response he yelled at me over the phone. I didn't want him to do it for free but I needed the estimate for the baseboard installation. But what Shane did next is the most unprofessional thing that any salesperson can do. He called the installation guy and asked him to return without doing the job. This after I had already paid for the whole thing in full. Anyone who reads this, do stay away from Shane. But the front desk person is very helpful and courteous.

RESPONSE TO STORE COMMENT: There was no miscommunication. Shane did not offer to install the baseboards at an additional cost. Shane did not even give me the quote for the baseboard installation. Instead, he yelled at me and called the installation guy directly and asked him to return to the store.

Thank you Shane and the rest of the team for helping me with my flooring! Shane went over and above to bring in a rare sample to match my existing hardwood in a fast and timely manner. They were able to get a very good price on it, and the install price was fantastic (was not worth doing it myself!) and came out beautifully. I also did some DIY work with some LVP, they also had the best price on materials. I also lost my paperwork for taxes, Shane stepped up and found the invoices and emailed them to me so I could get it to my accountant. Thank you again!
